Agjencia Shqiptare e Zhvillimit të Investimeve (AIDA)

ka një pozicion unik brenda rrjetit të institucioneve

publike shqiptare. Ajo ka një mandat të trefishtë:

në mbështetjen e IHD-ve, inovacionit, dhe SME-ve.

AIDA nga njëra anë ofron informacion dhe

shërbime ndaj investitorëve të huaj të cilët duan të

investojnë në Shqipëri mbi mundësitë e investimit,

zhvillimit të biznesit apo partnerët lokalë.

Nga ana tjetër ne ofrojmë mbështetje për Ndërmarrjet e Vogla dhe të

Mesme Shqiptare, në mënyrë që ato të bëhen gjithnjë e më konkurruese në

tregun vendas e të huaj veçanërisht në zhvillimin e eksporteve si dhe në

stimulimin e Inovacionit.

Që nga krijimi i saj, AIDA ka marrë pjesë dhe organizuar forume biznesi,

workshope, seminare brenda dhe jashtë Shqipërisë, në New York, Moskë,

Romë, Milano, Brescia, Torino, Bruksel, Otava, Madrid, Sofje. Ne kemi

takuar më shumë se dyqind investitorë potencialë dhe u kemi siguruar atyre

informacione gjithëpërfshirëse dhe të personalizuara. Ne kemi nisur një

sondazhi mbi perceptimin e investitorëve të huaj të vendosur në Shqipëri, i

cili ka lehtësuar komunikimin e tyre të vazhdueshëm, marrëdhëniet me

subjektet e tjera tregtare dhe organeve qeveritare.

Ne gjithashtu morëm pjesë në përgatitjen e Raportit mbi IHD në Shqipëri të

vitit 2011.

AIDA menaxhon Fondin e Konkurrueshmërisë dhe Inovacionit të Qeverisë

Shqiptare, për të cilën kemi bërë një fushatë të gjerë promovimi në të gjithë

vendin në Tiranë, Durrës, Korçë, Elbasan, Fier, Shkodër, Vlorë.

Struktura organizative dhe stafi i kujdesshëm bën të mundur që AIDA t’ju

ofrojë shërbime të shpejta dhe efikase. Ne kemi tre Departamente të cilat

merren direkt me klientët tanë: Drejtoria e Investimeve dhe e Shërbimit,

Departamenti i NVM-ve dhe Zhvillimit të Eksporteve, Qendra e

Ndërmjetësimit dhe Inovacionit (BRIC). Për të plotësuar punën e këtyre

departamenteve është krijuar Departamenti i e Marketingut dhe

Operacioneve.

Tashmë kemi filluar pregatitjen e një Newsletter-i, ku do të informojmë si

klientët vendas dhe të huaj ashtu si edhe organizatat partnere mbi zhvillimet

më të reja në fushën e ekonomisë, aktivitetet e Agjencisë dhe mbi lajmet më

të fundit në fushën e biznesit.

The Albanian Investment Development Agency

(AIDA) has a unique position within the Albanian

public institutions’ network. Its mandate is threefold:

supporting FDIs, innovation and SMEs

AIDA on one hand provides information and

services to foreign companies wanting to invest

in Albania on the business climate, investment

opportunties and local partners.

We on the other hand provide support to Albanian Small and Medium

Enterprises, in order for them to become more competitive on the domestic

and foreign markets, particularly to develop the export potential and

stimulate innovation.

Since our creation, AIDA has participated and organized business forums,

workshops and seminars inside and outside Albania, in New York,

Moscow, Rome, Milano, Brescia, Torino, Brussels, Ottawa- Madrid, Sofia.

We have met more than two hundred potential investors and have provided

them with comprehensive and personalized information. We launched a

perception survey addressed to foreign investors established in Albania, and

have continously facilitated their communication and relations with other

commercial entities and governmental bodies.

AIDA also took part in the preparation of Albania’s 2011 FDI Report.

AIDA also administers the Albanian Government’s Competitiveness and

Innovation Funds. To inform Albanian SMEs about this opportunity we

made an extensive promotion campaign throughout the country in Tirana,

Durrës, Korça, Elbasan, Fier, Shkodra and Vlora.

AIDA’s organizational structure and diligent staff makes it possible to

provide quick and efficient services. We have three Departments dealing

directly with our clients: the FDI Generation and Servicing, the SME and

Export Development, and the Business Relay and Innovation Center

(BRIC) Departments. The Marketing and Operations Department is there to

compliment the work of these departments.

We are now starting this Newsletter to inform our Albanian and

international clients and partner organizations about our activities as well as

the latest developments in Albania’s economic and business climate.

BRIC was established as a support body to promote and strengthen the innovation capacity of Albanian enterprises, bring them fully into the innovation dynamics and fill the existing gap in the National Innovation System. The BRIC is the executive body whose aim is to deliver the programmes of the Business Innovation and Technology Strategy (BITS) and Business Innovation Technology Action Plan (BITAP) approved by the Albanian Government.


BRIC është krijuar si një trup mbështetës, për të promovuar dhe për të forcuar kapacitetin e inovacionit të ndërmarrjeve shqiptare ashtu si dhe për të nxitur ato drejt dinamikave e risive duke mbushur boshllëkun që ekziston në Sistemin Kombëtar të Inovacionit. BRIC është organi ekzekutiv, qëllimi i të cilit është të përcjellë programet e Strategjisë së Biznesit, Teknologjisë dhe Inovacionit (BITS) si dhe Planit të Veprimit të Biznesit, Teknologjisë dhe Inovacionit (BITAP) të miratuar nga Qeveria Shqiptare.

Sage cultivation as an important potential for export

The Albanian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumption Rights hosted the 2nd National Conference of the Medicinal herbs industry on November 9th, 2012.

This year’s conference theme focused on the “Sage cultivation and medicinal herbs – a warranty for employment”. In addition to analysing the current tendencies and situation of the sector, the conference emphasised the importance of supporting the sage cultivation as one of the most important agricultural resources for Albanian exports.

On Excise Taxes in the Republic of Albania’’ (published in the Official Bulletin of the Republic no. 97 of date. Aug. 9, 2012). By its entry into force, dispositions as Law no.8976, dated 12.12.2002 “On Excise Taxes” as amended, (which fixed such fiscal burden) and all relative regulations pursuant to it, as well as any other provisions contrary to this law shall be repealed.
