It all started with three individuals starting a

similar journey, at different points of time, in

different directions from their respective

locations. They were destined to meet and

brainstorm their fields of expertise.

Gulabbhai Patel brought in his insight into rural

Gujarat and the first hand more than 4 decades

experience of having started a silent bio gas

movement to help farmers optimize their rural

economy. Vishwas Gokhale brought in his

technical expertise in crafting a unique process

flow for bio gas projects with varied infeeds and

scales of operations. A pioneer of MUASB

technology, he has had a rich exposure in this

field ranging over 4 decades. Vihar Pancholi

brought in his exposure of Corporate Gujarat and

International Marketing. A PG in Applied

Chemistry and a start up for Environment

Management, helped in identifying the gap to be

bridged in traditional approach and a global

perspective.

They experienced a need to define a shared

horizon. What emerged was MBPPL, a company

with 100% in-house infrastructure to provide total

customization in developing bio gas projects

ranging from 2 m3 to 10000 m3 capacities.

Optimal utilization of resources is the forte of any

institution associated with activities that lead to

financial interactions, be it inflow or outflow. The

issue is when to strike the right notes, to harness

optimization? The last decade has seen major

transformation in the systems and approaches to

social and community development. The

approach being, ‘stick to the basics’. We propose

‘Backward Integration through Custom Projects’

as a means to growth and optimization. An

integrated value chain that emerge as ‘world

reference practices’ in a stipulated budget. The

aim, to optimize on resources available and

strengthen service delivery systems. Stronger

the back-end operations, smoother will be the

management of points of contact. Directing

retained earnings to create facilities which

enhance overall productivity and resource

utilization.

Team MBPPL strives to create a ‘Value Chain’ for

the clients. To build lasting relationships that

harness mutuality & recognize the existence of a

shared vision. A goal, if achieved, will be just

another milestone in the ‘Journey of Growth’ for

our clients. The possibilities are boundless.

MBPPL delves deep to understand the very

existence of each client, an approach to create

options, that best suits the client in terms of RoI

and Resource Allocation. We believe that:

MBPPL takes on the Client’s Crusade

towards Green Initiatives by adding value to

waste. To execute projects with Total

Customization that support the operational

framework of the client system, is what we strive

to achieve. Essentially, we assist you in your

‘Journey of Growth’.

Progressivism is taking waste as an

Opportunity & not as a Threat.

“MBPPL special izes in design and

construction of biogas generation plants and

biogas enrichment system on an EPC basis

with the unique and proven anaerobic

digestion technology i.e. Modified Upflow

Anaerobic Sludge Blanket digestion (MUASB

V2) and low pressure biogas enrichment unit.

MBPPL has designed, installed and

commissioned over 20 biogas plants for

several sectors, including dairies, distilleries,

breweries, slaughter house, etc.”

Our MilestonesThe basics of a process flow, change with each project in terms of climate, area available and infeed to be used. These projects also have a localized orientation, hence, each project is unique. These photographs are from a particular site in India. The photographs are from an international food processing unit based in Malaysia which generates slaughter house solid waste and effluent water.
