Minutes of Meetine- IOACA nreeting of Intemal Quality Assurance Cell, reconstituted vide order clated of 6ll0l20lg was heldon 221112019 ar 3:30 PM chaired by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and attended by Direcror leAC.Registrar and members of I.Q.A.C committee. Following points were discussed.

l. It was informed by Director IQAC that Administrative Academic Audit team constitutedvide order dated' 2711012018 under chairmanship of Director Academics has conducted theAttdit (AAA) of all constituent units and csRD from 8/l/2019 ro I g/11201g as per parr Ilof Annr'ral Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) provided by NAAC Directorate.

2. Duling visits to all Constituent Units, AAA team verified information pqrtaining to criter:ia -to Tand provided guidance to concemed nodal officers and advised them to submit thecorrected quarterly IQAC/ academic audit reports to University of first quarter fi-o'r Oct-Dec 201 d. '

3. f)irector IQAC informed that duly verified reports of Quarterly I.e.A.C/ AcademicAuclit have been received in Form B from all conitituent units. IQACteam was of theopinion that quarterly IQAC/Academic Audit reports received from all institutionsshould be duly compiled by AAA team and presented before IeAC on 9l02DAl9 at2:30 pm in conference hall of peopleos Universitr,.

4. Attention of HOIs present in the meeting was drawn to desired infbrmation abour out -reachcamps clearly mentioning dates of visit, ob.jectives, and thematic areas with tangibleoutcomes including tentative beneficiaries which had not been still submitted by someConstituent Units.

5. All HOIs have been requested to get their students registered with Youth Red Cross wing atthe earliest as per NAAC requirement.

6. It was reiterated that information from institutions about Journal Club activities have been:- received only fiom 4 institutions. Other institutions have been requested to se^d the

i'fbrmation at the earliest and do so regularly in the future.7. Dean Academic Affairs have been requested to complete the compilation rvork of Form

B of alf institutions by AAA team by 02.02.2019.

Follorving points were discussed:-1. It was informed by Director IQAC that consequent upon inspection of all constituent

units b;, AAA team of People's Universify; fi4st quarterly IQAC reports fromOctober - December 2018 in form B have been received by the People's Universitl'.

2. All duly verified quarterly reports of Institutions have been compiled & presentedbefore the IQAC on L610212019 at 2:30 PM.

3. Members of IQAC were of the opinion that certificates may be awarded to thestudents for value added courses and their grades may be indicated in their finalyear mark sheet, as per provisions of respective statutorl, bodies.

They also opined that although the feedback forms are common, their mode ofadministration is different in different constituent Units. Hence these forms m.a)'

be made available on a common platform like the People's University website so as
