History of FLZ - AGENT :

FLZ – AGENT has been founded in 2003. Since then it is grown

yearly.

Most of our employees have more than 10 years experience,

with that adminstration team have more experiences in textile

area.

FLZ - AGENT has 55 employees which working permanetly.

FLZ - AGENT building stands on 2500 m2 (5 floors)

Meterial Purchasing

We purchase only from high-quality suppliers. Since many years we have a good Network with companies which are all market leaders in their fields.

Yarns are from Syria, Pakistan, India and Turkey. Our Supply-Chain Works in an efficient and effective manner. For this reason we

we can react as fast as possible to market changes. Some of our accessories such as zipper and label comming from foreign countries.

And others we are buying from high quality suppliers.

Computer Aided Design We construct our design at computer aided design- models.

Everything will be controlled carefull to guarantee the perfect

fit. The CAD- models will be optimized for production to decrease

material cost.

Quality Management

FLZ - AGENT has 15 quality auditors who control the on going production.

An additional end control is done by 4 inspectors who prove if the quality

standard is given. Only high quality goods will be packed and shipped.

Everything will be done that our clients are satisfied.

Logistics

Every year we sent more that 40,000 packages to our clients.

Our service department with two employees realises an efficient process of all relevant documents for customs purposes.

We only work together with competent logistic partners.

Information Technology

We have a modern IT-system (Sentez).

All customers orders are done electronically and controlled many times.

Last month we join the supplier ethnical data exchange ‘Sedex’, this help us to

improve number of our clients.
