فى مجال الحاسوب فى معظم مراكز التدريب فى الجامعات السودانية. م تحول إسمه الى مركز تقانة المعلومات واإلتص��ال، واص��بح يق��دم1992وفي عام

1. Data and Internet Protocol (IP) Networking for Convergent Networks (10 HRS): Relate networking models and standards to convergence networking practices. Identify appropriate local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN)infrastructures. Plan an Internet Protocol (IP) network. Describe wireless networks. Troubleshoot convergent networks. Identify elements and benefits of a virtual LAN (VLAN). Define Quality of Service (QoS).

2. Voice and Telephony Services, Functions and Technologies (10 HRS): Define codecs and Pulse Code Modulation (PCM). Define Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) elements and concepts. Identify common voice services and feature sets. Identify and troubleshoot problems with voice calls in digital and analog environments.

3. Convergence Technologies (10 HRS): Identify essential elements of a convergent network. Identify requirements for transporting text, voice, video, modem and fax through a

converged solution. Identify methods for providing video services through a converged solution. Explain how protocols such as Realtime Transport Protocol (RTP), Realtime Transport Control

COURSE OVERVIEW




This course is introducing theaudienceto the business intelligence fundamentals and basic concepts. It is also gives participant intensive knowledge about how organizations can successfully “collect, evaluate and apply information” to become better decision makers. It starts with basic concepts regarding business needs, Business is all about information; business success is all about using information more effectively than your competitors. It takes a variety of experts to start and run a business—financial, operational, marketing, accounting, human relations, managerial, etc. Likewise, each knowledge base requires up-to-date and historical information to plot strategy or keep it on track. Our ability to capture large volumes of data often outstrips our ability to evaluate and apply the data as management information.
