in 2009 until 2020 and is divided into three phase where Phase 1 is from 2009-2012, Phase 2 from 2013-2016 and Phase 3 from 2017-2020. Phase 1 has been completed in 2012 and the results has been endorsed by the Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting which was held on April 26th 2013.

This year is the the second year of Phase 2 where the implementation plan set forth in Annual Work Plan 2014, which is part of the Strategic Plan for Phase 2. From that Strategic Plan, has been elaborated into Annual Work Plan 2013 which has been implemented, although it still cannot be implemented entirely. Besides continuing the Annual Work Plan 2013, also formulated additional new main output/milestone according to the dynamics in the field and the desires of Ministry of Forestry and the relevant Local Government. Therefore in this Annual Work Plan 2014 expected to be a reference both for the program and partners in carrying out the activities set out in this Annual Work Plan.

We do hope that this Annual Working Plan will be valuable for the relevant parties or institutions
