FPSO Operations - AIM Manager Monthly Report Week : 34 From: 15 th August 2015 Until: 21 st August 2015 PRIORITY 1 ITEMS: Week Look-ahead (PRIORITIES) KRAKEN Spare and Repair Response Strategy Workshop in Singapore (22 nd Sept – 25 th Sept) ISSUES KRAKEN PROJECT 1. Project’s Deliverables Given the changes in Milestone dates, delayed Engineering deliverable dates for AFC (particularly Vendor P&ID's, Vendor data sheets, Certificates, Registers and SPIL's, in fact all VDRL’s planned and actual dates need to be expedited and updated. These are critical and urgently required for progress and to meet revised Milestone dates. Request for update sent to Package Engineers to expedite. (Status at 24th August 2015: 60% IFR, 30% AFC, 1% As-Built, 6% AFD, 3% IFI) 2. MEL Build Given the above on revised Milestone dates, the Petrofac/PAM Plan has been rescheduled to reflect delayed activities from the baseline plan, as well as those that can continue unconstrained. Risks are highlighted as part of this plan Progression of the MEL Build has been halted, awaiting AFC drawings especially Vendor P&ID It is anticipated that the remaining drawings and a review of the amended drawings will restart late October/ early November. 3. Maintenance Strategies Several actions arising related to confirmation of equipment specification i.e. HVAC. Enquiries already sent and waiting the confirmation from package engineer and vendor Also actions arising related to package’s health care agreement. Will be expedited once the contract sort out. 4. Component Detail / Maintenance Attribute Component details capture progressing slowly as CMMS team focusing on criticality assessment activities with PAM 5. Untagged and Duplicate Component Tag No. PAM have advised a significant number of duplicate tags and untagged items whilst capturing data from P&ID's. They are cannot acceptable within CMMS. Drawing distributed to PAM were in AFC revision. However, duplicate tags and untagged item issues expected to be resolved with the updated drawing revision. 6. Ex-Register (EEHA ) Ex-Register validation progressing slowly 7. SPILS Completeness of data and long lead items delivery times continue to be a concern. Repairs and Spares Workshop has been moved ahead of schedule eventhough some SPIL’s have not yet received from vendor.

8. Criticality Assessment SIL report outdated, some tags have been revised in drawing. However SIL report will not be revised by third

party (DNV GL) SIL reports are used to provide justification for sub-category criticality assessment Outdated SIL reports will contribute towards the inaccuracy of sub-category criticality assessment and

justification.
