• Mit dem plantarflektierten 1. Strahl trifft der mediale Aspekt des Fusses

zuerst den Boden

• Ferse wird in Varus gezwungen

• Deswegen erreicht der Rückfuss nie die maximale Eversion

• Das vermidert die Absorptionsfähigkeit/Kraftverteilung des USG

• Vorfuss und Rückfuss werden mit Zeit rigider

• Vorfuss bleibt in Pronation und Rückfuss in Varus fixiert
