Rules and RegulationOrganisation• A maximum of 5 players are allowed on the pitch at any one time,

including the goalkeeper.• Substitutions are unlimited and rolling.• Match consists of 10 minutes halves, with a 1 minute break between the halves.• Each team is to bring 2 varying colours of jerseys/sports wear to differentiate with

opponents.

Gameplay• From a kick off, the ball must be played forward. A goal CANNOT be scored directly

from a kick off.• The Goalkeeper is not allowed to drop-kick the ball at any time.• Goalkeepers are not allowed to pick up the ball with their hands from a deliberate

back pass from any of their teammates.• Free Kicks: the opposition must be back 3 metres from the taking of any free kicks,

unless the team awarded the free kick decides to take a quick free kick.

Kick-in• When the ball goes out of play on the touchlines, kick-ins are the means of

restarting play.• The kick-in must be taken with 4 seconds of placing the ball on the touchline.• If the ball hits the ceiling, the kick-in will take place at the closest spot on the

touchline.• A goal cannot be scored directly from a side-line kick-in, but you can from a corner

kick-in.

Yellow and Red Cards• Yellow cards are shown to caution players over misconduct and if 2 yellow cards

are shown to a player, it equates to a red card and red card rules will apply.• Red cards are shown for serious misconduct and the red-carded player has to leave

the pitch and will not participate in the remainder of the match. • A substitute player may enter the pitch after 2 minutes. However if a goal is scored

against the team with fewer players before 2 minutes are up, the substitute may enter immediately.

SERIOUS FOUL PLAYThe following offences will receive either a yellow or red card depending on the severity of the infringement (referee's discretion):• Stopping an obvious goal scoring opportunity by tripping, holding, impeding, and handball • Deliberate kicking of an opponent• Deliberate elbowing of an opponent • Violent tackle from behind• Over the ball tackle

SERIOUS VIOLENT CONDUCTThe following offences are red card/suspension. • Striking an official or player• Spitting at an official or player• Threaten an official or player with physical violence• Attempting to strike an official or player with ball or other object• Pushing an official with open hand, shoulder or hip

USE OF FOUL AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGEThe following are cautionable offences with a yellow or red card depending on the severity of the infringement (referee's discretion) • Making obscene gestures • Offensive insults or abusive language
