Over 25 years of research and field work led Chantal Gensse to uncover the very detailed functioning of social systems. Expert 5A® is the business enterprise modeling issued from this work, and which is used to help top managers and business owners acquire a new holistic approach to business management.  

Chantal Gensse also works with professional athletes in preparing for major events. Chantal Gensse holds two doctorates in material science from the University of Paris and from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. Former researcher at the Dupont de Nemours Central Research Lab in Delaware, Dr Chantal Gensse has been consulting in technology transfer in Europe, Canada and the USA, before specializing in Business Strategy Consulting. She has worked with numerous CEOs in understanding their businesses on the finest level. The business owner is an expert in his/her own company… Chantal Gensse guides the analysis of the company via Expert 5A® systemic thinking while transferring her systemic know-how. Due to the power of Expert 5A® grids, the speed of analysis is that of a scanner with the same degree of detail: two half-days (on average) in physical meetings plus follow-up on Internet exchanges are sufficient. Why work with G&A ?

At first, when G&A presented its method of work along with the Expert 5A® model, I was rather seduced by their organic approach of the functioning of a business company and the intelligence which would come out of it; that is why I chose them to accompany me in the acquisition of the Metzger Company.
