The python is a wild animal. It lives in the jungle. It has a scaly body and it shed off its skin whenever it grows bigger.

A python glides. It does not crawl like a beetle because it has no legs. It glides on its body. It hisses.

A python can swallow up a whole chicken. After it eats a prey it goes to sleep. It is a dangerous animal. We cannot keep this animal as a pet. However, the World Wildlife Fund for Nature protects this animal.
