    Daca raspunsul tau este DA la unele din aceste intrebari, este posibil sa suferiti de sensibilitate la gluten.

    Ce este glutenul?

    Glutenul este o proteina care se gaseste in cereale cu spic precum : grau, hamut, orz, secara.. Este o proteina care

    este greu de digerat, astfel iritand nu numai tractul digestiv dar si alte organe. Este posibil sa simtiti genul de

    simptome de mai sus dar nu intotdeauna. Puteti sa aveti sensibilitate la gluten dar sa fiti asimptomatici.

    Cum se declanseaza bolile legate de gluten

    Cand aveti un sistem digestiv sanatos, alimentele nedigerate sau digerate partial sunt eliminate in fecale. Dar cand

    sistemul digestiv este slabit, datorita alegerilor alimentare nesanatoase, consumului de alcool, alimentelor procesate,

    zaharului alb sau pur si simplu stresului de zi cu zi, abilitatea copului de a digera proteina gluten devine dificila. Ca

    rezultat, oricare dintre simptomele listate mai sus va aparea datorita proteinelor nedigerate care plutesc prin fluxul

    sanguin creand reactii autoimmune. Pe deasupra, mucoasa tractului intestinal este atacata si ea.

    Precum pielea de pe corp, aceasta mucoasa intestinala este o prima linie de aparare in protejarea corpului de boli.

    Cand aceasta mucoasa se rupe se instaleaza asa numita boala a sindromului intestinului permeabil (engl. leaky gut

    syndrome), ceea ce face sistemul imunitar sa fie grav afectat si slabit.

    Cum afli daca ai intoleranta la gluten.

    Pentru a afla daca ai intoleranta la gluten, poti alege intre o biopsie intestinala, o analiza a scaunului sau a sangelui.

    Daca doresti sa aplici o testare mai putin invaziva si mai economicoasa, poti sa faci provocarea glutenului. Aceasta

    consta in eliminarea glutenului din dieta ta pentru o perioada de 2 pana la 4 saptamani. Iar apoi in ultima zi sa

    mananci numai gluten. De exemplu, micul dejun poate consta in cereale , sau paine prajita, pentru snack-uri foloseste

    produse de patiserie iar pentru restul meselor paste. Vezi cum te simti imediat dupa aceea si in urmatoarea zi. Daca

    vei suferi de disconform abdominal (crampe, gaze), dureri musculare si ale incheieturilor, oboseala, iritabilitate sau

    dificultati de concentrare, probabil ca esti sensibil la gluten si ar trebui sa il elimini complet din dieta ta.

    Evitarea glutenului

    Oamenii ar putea manca gluten fara sa stie ca propriile lor corpuri sufera. Reactiile alergice adesea cauzeaza

    umflarea si inflamarea. Din nefericire, inflamarea in zona stomacului datorita unei reactii alergice nu este la fel de usor

    Raspunsul este pe cat de simplu pe atat de neasteptat , mai ales pentru unii care au impresia ca alimentatie nu are

    nici o legatura cu sanatatea sau cu performantele.

    celebritati precum Keith Olbermann, Billy Bob Thornton, Elizabeth Hasselback Katherine, Ducesa de Kent, Heidi

    Collins, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Esposito, Goldie Hahn, Rachel Weisz, Zooey Deschanel, Susie Essman, EmmyRossum, Heidi Collins si altii au trecut cu mare succes la aceasta dieta. Chiar si Chelsea Clinton a oferit la nunta ei

    mancare care nu continea gluten.

    Cititi etichetele

    Glutenul este gasit aproape in toate alimentele, asa ca verificati cu atentie etichetele. In mod normal, indiferent de

    motiv, continutul de gluten trebuie indicat pe eticheta de catre producator conform H.G. 106/2002 Anexa 1. Dar nu va

    lasati indusi in eroare, chiar daca provine din cereale, glutenul poate fi gasit in ziua de azi in alimente la care nici nu te

    astepti precum : cartofi prajiti, paine, faina , macaroane, gris, biscuiti, sosuri, napolitane, prajituri, mustar, precum si

    dulciuri, branzeturi si mezeluri, bere sau bors.

    Pentru multi , eliminarea glutenului din alimentatie este posibil sa creeze o oaza de insanatosire. Dar trebuie retinut

    totusi un factor foarte important. Orice renuntare la un obicei alimentar nociv sau nesanatos, trebuie sustinuta de

    obiceiuri si alegeri sanatoase. Cuplati renuntarea la gluten cu consumul regulat de fructe si legume, nuci si seminte in

    starea lor cat mai naturala.

    Cand eram micut capatasem o vorba, nu imi mai aduc aminte de la cine. Spuneam des ca painea prosteste si toatalumea se amuza. Stiti cum face familia se aduna in jurul puiului de om ca la circ si incepe ia mai zi o data si eu

    repetam painea prosteste si toti se terminau de ras. Ei, nu vreau sa ma laud, dar se pare ca stiam eu ceva cine rade acum? :)
