Dragi prijatelji,

Nakon 27 godina uspešnog poslovanja ostali smo prepoznatljivi po kvalitetu zahvaljujući timu Delta Inženjeringa. Iskustvo i znanje zaposlenih, mogućnosti koje nudimo i konstantna obaveza da budemo što bolji, osigurali su nam uspeh iako nije bilo jed-nostavno u vremenima kada je investicija malo i kada džentlmenski način poslovanja, po kome smo poznati, iščezava.

Kroz specijalno izdanje Godišnjak 2015-2016 naše dobro poznate publikacije upoznaćemo vas sa aktivnostima Delta Inženjeringa tokom protekle dve godine.

Veliki projekti u Srbiji vezani su za EPS. Zahva-ljujući obostrano izgrađenom poverenju Delta Inženjering je jedan od realizatora projekata.

Delta Inženjering vrši konsultantske usluge ru-kovodioca izgradnje (FIDIC inženjer) novog BTO sistema zajedno sa nemačkom kompanijom DMT Consulting.

Sa kineskom kompanijom CMEC učestvujemo u izradi projekata za izgradnju novog bloka TE Dr-mno.

Unutar NIS-a nastavljaju se aktivnosti u vezi sa projektom proširenja proizvodnih kapaciteta izgradnjom novog postrojenja: postrojenje za duboku preradu nafte - postrojenje za odloženo koksovanje.

Najveća investicija u sektoru ekologije bilo je projektovanje i izgradnja postrojenja za Johnson Electric u Nišu.

Nastavljena je dugogodišnja saradnja sa Veo-liom na projektu Begradske elektrane.

U domenu komunalnih i pijaćih voda završili smo projekat za izgradnju postrojenja gradske vode grada Kraljeva, kao i za postrojenje pijaće vode u Vršcu.

Tu je i projekat postrojenja za tretman industrij-skog otpada u Boru i projekat i izvođenje linije za obezvodnjavanje mulja u fabrici sladoleda Nestle.

Budući da se konstantno razvijamo na svim po-ljima, izdvajamo tim koji vodi brigu o sistemu kvaliteta i bezbednosti i zaštiti na radu, tim ljudi koje odlikuje stručnost, odgovornost i ažurnost.

Delta Inženjering je firma koja je društveno od-govorna i konstantno odvaja odredjena sredstva kao pomoć u kulturno obrazovnom programu, kroz pomoć zdravstvenim ustanovama, huma-nitarnu pomoć i u pružanju pomoći sportskim klubovima.

Dear friends,

After 27 years of successful business we were recognized for the quality thanks to the team of Delta Inženjering.

Experience and knowledge of employees, op-portunities that we offer, constant obligation to be better, ensure our success, although it was not easy when there are little investments and when gentlemanlike business operations, by which we are known, disappears.

Through a special edition of Yearbook 2015-2016 we are introducing you to Delta Inženjer-ing activities during the past two years.

Major projects in Serbia are related to EPS. Thanks to the built mutual trust Delta Inženjer-ing is one of the implementers of projects.

Delta Inženjering performs consultancy services of the construction manager together with the German company DMT Consulting.

With the Chinese company CMEC we participate in the preparation of projects for construction of a new block te drmno.

Within NIS, we continue activities related to ex-pansion of production capacity with building a new plant: oil deep processing plant - delayed coking plant.

The largest investment in the Sector of Ecolo-gy was design and construction of facilities for Johnson Electric in Niš.

There were continuation of a long cooperation with Veolia on the project from Belgrade power plants.

Within the Sector of Ecology we have prepared a project for construction of a plant for water of the city Kraljevo and a plant for drinking water in Vršac.

There is a project of plant for industrial waste treatment in Bor and project and construction of lines for sludge dewatering in Nestle ice-cream factory.

Since we are constantly developing in all fields, we highlight the team that takes care of system quality and safety and protection at work, a team that is characterized by professionalism, responsibility and accuracy.

Delta Inženjering is a company that is socially re-sponsible and constantly allocate resources to help cultural and educational program through the health care institutions, humanitarian aid and in providing assistance to sports clubs.

Pregled kadrovske strukture Overview of Personnel Structure

Delta Inženjering broji preko 80 zaposlenih sa 60 licenciranih inženjera.

2016. godina je pretrpela dinamičnu fluktuaciju zaposlenih zbog racionalizacije troškova i optimizacije kadra. Prethodni top menadžment je zamenjen organizovanijim i efikasnijim timom.

Tim Delta Inženjeringa je pojačan novim kadrom u projek-tnim biroima, neki od njih nose iskustva izrada u inostran-stvu, energiju i dobru organizovanost u poslu. Poseban tim je oformljen za akviziciju posla. U sastavu tima su iskusni, ce-njeni i vrsni poznavaoci tržišta.

U 2017. godini je potrebno nastaviti sa:

• Povećanjem efikasnosti i produktivnosti obavljanja poslova u svim segmentima našeg rada;

• Pojačavanjem dinamičnosti u nastupu na domaćem i tržištu regiona;

• Maksimalnim korišćenjem našeg poznavanja lokalnog i tržišta regiona, poznavanja zakono-davstva, procedura i pravila, a ujedno i una-pređivanjem načina vođenja projekata.

Number of employees in the company Delta Inženjering is 80 with 60 engineers with license.

2016 underwent a dynamic staff turnover, due torationaliza-tion of costs and optimization of staff. Prior top management is replaced with more organized and efficient team.

Delta Inženjering team is reinforced with the new personnel in the design offices. Some of them carry the experience from work abroad, energy and good organization in the business. A special team is formed for acquisition of business. In the team structure are experienced and respected market ex-perts.

In 2017 it is necessary to continue with:

• Increasing the efficiency and productivity of conducting business in all segments of our work;

• Strengthening dynamism of appearance on the domestic and regional market;

• Making maximum use of our knowledge of the local and regional markets, knowledge of legislation, procedures and rules, and also improving the way of project management.

Delta Inženjering je uradio projekte izvedenog stanja za legalizaciju skladišta i pretakališta avionskih goriva, eurodizela i bezolovnog mo-tornog benzina, sa osam nadzemnih i jednim podzemnim rezervoarom ukupne zapremine 990,5 m3.

Nakon izvršenih pregleda i ispitivanja rezervoara, instalacija i tankova utvrđeno je da projekti mora-ju biti urađeni sa merama za dovođenje u propi-sno stanje, što će omogućiti dobijanje saglasnosti nadležnih ministara.

Projektovanim merama obuhvaćene su rekon-strukcije pretakališta, tankvana, atmosferske ka-nalizacije, hidrantske mreže, mašinskih i elektro-instalacija.

Delta Inženjering has prepared as built design for legalization of warehouse and tank farm for aviation fuels, euro diesel and unleaded gasoline, with eight aboveground tanks and one underground tank with total volume of 990,5m3.

After completed inspection and testing of tanks, installations and emergency containers was found that designs must be made with measures for bringing in proper condition, which will enable ob-taining consent from the competent ministers.

With projected measures are covered reconstruc-tions of tank farms, emergency containers, storm sewerage, hydrant network and mechanical and electrical installations.

Tehnološka linija sitnog ugljaRB KolubaraProject for Coal Preparation Plant - Technological Line of Fine CoalPlanirano je da postrojenje tehnološke linije sitnog uglja bude locirano u okviru postroje-nja za pripremu uglja Tamnava. Postrojenje za pripremu uglja (drobljenje, skladištenje, klasi-ranje i utovar) biće sastavni deo energetskog kompleksa Tamnava.

Osnovni zadatak postrojenja je da se omogući si-gurno i pouzdano snabdevanje termoenergetskih objekata sitnim ugljem odgovarajuće krupnoće i obezbedi nesmetan rad površinskih kopova u slu-čaju zastoja na drobilani, kao i snabdevanje drobi-lane ugljem u slučaju zastoja na površinskim ko-povima.

Ovim projektom je predviđena mogućnost homo-genizacije izdrobljenog uglja na deponiji sitnog uglja u cilju ujednačavanja parametara kvaliteta koji su od značaja za efikasan rad termoenerget-skih postrojenja, s obzirom na to da se očekuje sve veće variranje kvaliteta uglja, kako sa aktivnih, tako i sa zamenskih površinskih kopova.

Na osnovu tehničke dokumenatcije koju je izradio Delta Inženjering pristupilo se izrgradnji postroje-nja tehnološke linije sitnog uglja, čime će se omo-gućiti ostvarenje planiranog kapaciteta ovog kom-pleksa od 26 miliona t/god. rovnog uglja.

It is planned that the installation of technolog-ical lines of fine coal would be located within the coal preparation plant Tamnava. The coal preparation plant (crushing, storage, sorting and shipping) will be an integral part of the en-ergy complex Tamnava.

The main task of the plant is to provide a safe and reliable supply of small thermal power plants with coal appropriate size and to ensure the smo-oth operation of open-pit mines in the event of deadlock in chrushing plant, and supply of crus-hing plant with coal in the event of deadlock on the open-pit mines.

With this project is planned possibility of homo-genization of crushed coal on the fine coal landfill in order to standardize the quality parameters that are of importance to the efficient operation of thermal power plants, since it is expected in-creasing variation of coal quality, both from acti-ve and from the replacement open-pit mines.

On the basis of the technical documentation pre-pared by Delta Inženjering has started constructi-on of technological lines of fine coal, which will provide realization of planned capacity in this complex of 26 million t/year raw coal.

Zbog zahteva domaćeg i inostranog tržišta za NPK đubrivom, proširenja asortimana i potre-ba poboljšanja interne ekonomije poslovanja, HIP – Azotara Pančevo je 2005. godine preu-zela aktivnosti za korišćenje očuvane logistike skladištenja, internog transporta i pakovanja. Aktivnosti su se sastojale iz više faza. U jednoj fazi izvršena je sanacija postojećeg i izgradnja novog transportnog sistema, od pristaništa i skladišta KAN-a do zgrade pakovanja karba-mida i NPK đubriva.

Takođe, 2010. godine javio se tehnološki zahtev za pakovanjem đubriva KAN direktno iz proizvodnje. Da bi se to izvelo, modifikovana je transportna linija trakastih transportera i iz-građeno je postrojenje za pakovanje u standardne i velike vreće, kao i sistem za paletizaciju i strečovanje, koje se nalazi unutar objekta skladišta KAN-a.

Oba objekta su izgrađena bez upotrebne dozvole, odnosno odobrenja za izgradnju.

Investitor HIP-Azotara d.o.o. je na osnovu člana 40. Zakona o legalizaciji objekata („Službeni glasnik RS”, br. 95/2013 i 117/2014) podneo zahtev za legalizaciju objekta tran-sportnog sistema NPK i skladišta KAN-a (rekonstrukcija) u cilju pokretanja postupka za na-knadno izdavanje upotrebne dozvole.

Delta Inženjering je izradio projekte izvedenog objekta za oba postrojenja i aktivno učestvu-je u konsultantskim uslugama kako bi ovaj postupak bio realizovan.

Due to the requirements of the domestic and foreign market for NPK fertilizer, expand-ing the product range and the need to improve internal business economy, HIP - Azotara Pančevo in 2005 took actions to use preserved storing logistics, internal transport and pack-aging. Activities were consisted of several phases. At one stage was carried out the repair of existing and construction of a new transport system from the quays and warehouses of CAN to the building for carbamide and NPK fertilizers packaging.

Also, in 2010 there was the technological requirement for packing fertilizers CAN directly from production. In order to do that it was modified the conveyor belt line and was built the plant for packing in standard and large bags, as well as a system for palletizing and stretching located inside the warehouse CAN.

Both buildings were built without permission or a building permit.

The investor HIP Azotara doo pursuant to the Article 40 of the Law on legalization of objects (“RS Official Gazette”, No. 95/2013 and 117/2014) submitted a request for legalization of the transport system NPK and warehouses CAN (reconstruction) in order to launch the subse-quent issuing of a exploitation permit.

Delta Inženjering prepared as built projects for both plants and actively participated in con-sulting services so this procedure could be implemented.

Objekat hale za peskarenje je smešten pored postojeće lakirnice i namenjen je slobodnom peskarenju zavarenih čeličnih konstrukcija, če-ličnih odlivaka i drugih metalnih materijala. Za peskarenje se koristi metalna sačma i čelične kuglice.

Oprema za peskarenje se sastoji od rezervoara za sačmu, podešivača protoka i regulatora pritiska vazduha, komore za mešanje, specijalnih creva i dizne. Peskarenje obavlja rukovalac ručno, opre-mljen specijalnim zaštitnim odelom, rukavicama i specijalnom kacigom.

Oprema za peskarenje se opslužuje potpuno automatskim ciklusom dovođenja i odvođenja sačme. Sačma pada kroz otvore na celoj površini poda na transportni sistem kojim se transportuje do elevatora u tehničkoj prostoriji. Elevator tran-sportuje materijal do izuzetno efikasnog kaskad-nog vazdušnog sita. Nakon prosejavanja, sačma se preko skladišnog bunkera vraća u rezervoar za sačmu i ponovo koristi za peskarenje. U kabini za peskarenje su obezbeđene 63 izmene vazduha na sat koji se filtrira u specijalnom filteru. Zidovi, plafon i vrata kabine za peskarenje su obloženi gumenom oplatom koja sprečava razbijanje sač-me pri udaru u zidove kabine i umanjuje buku u kabini.

Radovi Delta Inženjeringa obuhvatili su sve faze – od ishodovanja lokacijske dozvole, izradu teh-ničke dokumentacije, ishodovanje građevinske dozvole, izgradnju objekta, pribavljanje svih sa-glasnosti, tehnički pregled i dobijanja upotrebne dozvole.

The Sandblasting Hall is located next to the existing paint shop and is intended for free sandblasting of welded steel structures, steel castings and other metal materials. For sand-blasting are used metal buckshot and steel balls.

Sandblasting equipment is consisted from the buckshot tanks, flow adjuster and air pressure regulators, mixing chamber, special hoses and nozzle. Sandblasting is performed manually by the operator, who is equipped with a special pro-tective suit, gloves and a special helmet.

Sandblasting equipment is serviced by fully au-tomatic cycle supply and drainage of buckshot. Buckshot falls through the holes on the entire surface of the floor to the transmission system, by which is transported to the elevator in the technical room. Elevator transports material to the extremely effective cascade air grid. After the screening, buckshot over storage bunker returns back into the buckshot reservoir and is used in blasting again. In the cabin for sandblasting are provided 63 air changes per hour which is filtered in a special filter. The walls, ceiling and doors of the cabin for sandblasting are covered with a rubber lining that prevents breaking of buckshot when confronted with the walls of the cabin and reduces noise in the cabin.

Activities of Delta Inženjering covered all phases - from obtaining the location permit, preparation of technical documentation, obtaining the build-ing permit, construction of the building, obtaining all approvals, technical inspection and obtaining the exploitation permit.

Kao rezultat višegodišnje uspešne saradnje, Henkel je izabrao Delta Inženjering za general-nog izvođača radova po principu „ključ u ruke” na izgradnji fabrike građevinskih lepkova sa po-strojenjem za mlevenje i separaciju kamena u Bileći, Republika Srpska. Ugovor je potpisan u septembru 2014, a fabrika je završena u martu 2015, u planiranom roku.

Fabrički kompleks zauzima površinu od približno pet hektara i izgrađen je u skladu sa najvišim tehničkim, tehnološkim i ekološkim standarima. Sastoji se od proizvodnih, skladišnih, administrativnih i pratećih objekata, elektro, hidro, termotehničkih instalacija, stabilnih instalacija za gašenje požara, infrastruktu-re unutar kompleksa i pristupne saobraćajnice od magistralnog puta u dužini od oko 400 m, sa parkin-zima za kamione i automobile.

As a result of many years of successful cooper-ation, Henkel has chosen Delta Inženjering as a general contractor on a turnkey base for the con-struction of the Adhesives Factory with a plant for grinding and separation of stone in Bileća, Republika Srpska. The contract was signed in September 2014, and the factory was completed in March 2015, within the planned timeframe.

The factory complex covers an area of about 5 ha, and it is built in accordance with the highest tech-nical, technological and environmental standards. It is consisted from manufacturing, storage, adminis-trative and supporting facilities; electro, hydro and HVAC installation; stable firefighting installations; infrastructure within complex and the access road from the main road in a length of about 400 m, with parking lots for trucks and cars.

In the factory are manufactured constructional pow-der products based on cement for laying ceramic tiles, as well as products for thermal insulation of buildings.

U periodu januar - jun 2016. Delta Inženjering je u fabričkom kompleksu Hemofarm a.d. u Vršcu izgradio građevinski objekat - novu ko-tlarnicu spratnosti P+1.

Objekat je slobodnostojeći, na približno ravnom terenu. Svojom podužnom osom objekat je u pravcu severozapad – jugoistok u delu parcele koji je planiran za gradnju. Severoistočna fasada je udaljena 15 m od postojeće saobraćajnice u krugu Hemofarma.

Objekat je pravougaone forme, dužine 24,80 m i širine 14,80 m. Visina objekta je 9,21 m. Neto po-vršina objekta je 389,10m2. Bruto površina objek-ta je 421,05 m2.

U prizemlju objekta se nalaze: kotlarnica, kan-celarija, wc, hodnik, priručna ostava, radionica, stepenište za sprat. Na prvom spratu se nalaze: priručna ostava, garderoba, hodnik, stepenišni prostor.

Kotlarnica je od ostalih prostorija u objektu odvo-jena požarnim zidom. Visina do betonskih nosača krova je 7,00 m. Spratna visina u kancelarijama, radionici i priručnim ostavama je 3,00 m. Osvet-ljenje svih prostorija je ostvareno putem otvora na fasadi.

Konstrukcija objekta je armiranobetonska, pro-storna, ramovska, sastavljena iz grednih nosača i betonskih stubova na temeljnim stopama. Pri-marni i sekundarni nosači krovnog pokrivača su betonski T nosači. U delu kancelarija i radionice su zidani zidovi Ytong blokovima debljine 25 cm na betonskim temeljnim trakama. Preko zidova je izrađena montažna fert tavanica sa završnim slojem betona.

Fasadni zidovi su od horizontalnih fasadnih ter-moizolacionih panela sa skrivenim kačenjem.

Objekat je pokriven kosim krovom od termoizo-lovanih sendvič panela. Krovni pokrivač je po-stavljen na betonske rožnjače. Ispuna panela je od materijala koji ispunjavaju požarne propise i zahteve energetske efikasnosti objekta.

Zidovi kotlarnice, kancelarija, priručnih ostava, radionice, hodnika i sanitarija izvedeni su kao zi-dani i montažni sa oblogom od gips-kartonskih ploča. Zidani zidovi su malterisani, gletovani i bo-jeni disperzionom farbom.

Podovi su obloženi granitnom keramikom na ce-mentnoj košuljici. Trotoari oko objekta su obra-đeni betonskim kockama na podlozi od šljunka.

In the period January 2016 - June 2016 Delta Inženjering in the factory complex Hemofarm a.d. in Vršac built a building structure - new boiler room, with number of floors GF + 1.

The building is freestanding, on flat terrain. With its longitudinal axis the building is in the direction northwest – southeast in part of the plot which is planned for construction. Northeast facade is 15 m away from the existing road within Hemo-farm complex.

It is rectangular in shape, length of 24.80 m and width of 14.80 m. Building height is 9.21 m. Net building surface is 389.10 m2. Gross building sur-face is 421.05 m2.

floor. On the first floor are: storerooms, wardrobe, hall, stairwell.

The boiler room is separated from the other rooms in the house by a firewall. The height to the concrete roof girders is 7.00 m. The height of the offices, workshop and storerooms is 3.00 m. The lighting of the room is achieved through the openings in the facade.

Construction of the building is made of reinforced concrete, spatial structure, frame construction, made from grinders and concrete pillars on foot-ings. Primary and secondary girders of the roof covering are concrete T girders. Walls of offices and workshops are built with Ytong blocks thick 25 cm on the foundation strips. Over the walls are made mounting fert ceilings with a final layer of concrete.

Facade walls are made of horizontal facade ther-mal insulation panels with a hidden hooking.

The building has a sloping roof from thermo-iso-lated sandwich panels. The roof covering is placed on the concrete cornea. Panels’ infill is from mate-rials that meet fire regulations and requirements of the energy efficiency of the building.

The walls of the boiler room, offices, storerooms, workshops, halls and bathroom facilities are de-signed as built and prefabricated with a coat-ing from plasterboard plates. The built walls are plastered, smoothed and painted with dispersion paint.

The floors are covered with granite tiles on the ce-ment screed. The sidewalks around the building are processed with concrete blocks on a bed of gravel.

Tigar, PirotTigar, PirotTigar a.d. iz Pirota osnovan je daleke 1935. godi-ne kao radionica za proizvodnju gumenih proi-zvoda i svih vrsta gumene obuće.

Tokom svoje duge istorije Tigar se razvio u jednu savremenu kompaniju u okviru koje posluju tri glavne proizvodne celine, i to:

1. Fabrika obuće koja se u okviru svojih savre-menih proizvodnih pogona, po kapacitetu najvećih u Evropi, bavi proizvodnjom svih vrsta gumene obuće i danas je jedan od ključnih proizvođača gumene obuće u delu zaštitnog, lovačkog i modnog programa. Najveći deo svojih proizvoda plasira na za-padnoevropsko tržište, koje obuhvata trži-šta Švedske, Danske, Norveške, Francuske, Italije, ali veliki deo svojih proizvoda izvozi i na tržišta Severne Amerike i Kanade.

2. Fabrika tehničke gume bavi se proizvod-njom svih vrsta presovanih delova od gume koji svoje mesto nalaze u autoindustriji, ru-darstvu, metalurgiji i građevinarstvu.

3. Fabrika hemijskih proizvoda, kao najmlađa u okviru kompanije Tigar, bavi se proizvod-njom raznih vrsta lepila za obućarsku i ši-roku potrošnju, kao i izradom boja, lakova i rastvarača.

Kako je planom za 2016. godinu planirana proi-zvodnja u iznosu od 2.500.000 pari gumene obu-će pored asortimana iz ostalih proizvodnih celi-na, to je i bilo neophodno otpočeti sa izgradnjom novog pogona za proizvodnju gumenih smesa, kako bi jedna ovako masivna proizvodnja mo-gla da bude i adekvatno servisirana, odnosno obezbeđena repromaterijalom za proizvodnju. Kompanija Delta Inženjering sa kompanijom Tigar a.d. potpisuje ugovor o realizaciji projekta I i II faze, takođe i izvođenja I faze fabrike. Odoma-ćeni naziv objekta je Bela valjara jer se sused, koji se bavi proizvodnjom automobilskih guma, bavi crnom gumom.

Objekat je površine cca 1800 m2, građen prefabri-kovanim sistemom armirano-betonske prefabri-kovane konstrukcije i oblagan prefabrikovanim panelima koji omogućavaju bržu gradnju i bolju uštedu energije u daljem radu postrojenja. Unu-tar hale nalazi se veći broj masivnih temelja koji nose srce proizvodnje od miksera i brojnih dvo-valjaka koji su neotuđivi deo tehnologije prerade gume. Takođe, ovaj objekat je i značajna referen-ca za Delta Inženjering, koji se prvi put susreće sa tehnologijom gumarske industrije. U maju 2016. godine fabrika je puštena u rad.

Tigar Pirot was founded back in 1935 as a workshop for the production of rubber prod-ucts and all kinds of footwear.

During its long history Tigar has grown into a modern company operating within three main production units as follows:

1. Shoe Factory, which is within its modern production facilities the largest in Europe by capacity, specialized in manufacturing all types of rubber footwear and today is one of the key manufacturers of rubber footwear in the part of protective, hunting and fash-ion programs. The largest part of its prod-ucts sells on the Western European market, which includes the markets in Sweden, Den-mark, Norway, France, Italy, but also a large part of its products exports to the markets of North America and Canada.

2. Technical Rubber Factory is engaged in the production of all kinds of pressed parts made of rubber, which their place finds in the auto industry, mining, metallurgy and construction.

3. Chemical Products Factory, as the young-est in Tigar, is engaged in the production of various types of adhesives for the footwear and broad consumption, as well as the cre-ation of paints, varnishes and solvents.

For 2016 year is planned production in the amount of 2,500,000 pairs of footwear in addition to the assortment of other production units, so it was necessary to begin with the construction of a new plant for the production of rubber mixtures, in or-der to such a massive production was adequately serviced, i.e. provided with raw materials for pro-duction. Delta Inženjering and the company Tigar signed the contract on the realization of project phase I and II, and also of the factory phase I. Ac-cepted object name is the White Rolling Mill as a neighbor who is engaged in the production of tires deals with black rubber.

The building area is cca 1800 m2, built with pre-

fabricated system of reinforced concrete prefab-ricated structure and coated with prefabricated panels that allow faster construction and better energy saving in the future work of the facility. In the hall there are a large number of solid founda-tions that carry the heart of production from mix-ers and many two-roll mills which are inalienable part of the rubber processing technology. Also, this facility is a significant reference of Delta Inžen-jering, which for the first time encounters with the technology of the rubber industry. The factory was commissioned in May 2016.

Termoelektrana Kostolac Power Plant Kostolac

Delta Inženjering je, kao partner u okviru za-jedničke ponude grupe ponuđača, sklopio ugovor o izvršenju dela radova potrebnih za izgradnju novog pepelovoda od Termoelek-trane Kostolac A do deponije pepela u prostor površinskog kopa Ćirikovac.

Investitor projekta izgradnje pepelovoda je Elek-troprivreda Srbije sa kojom Delta Inženjering ima dugogodišnju uspešnu saradnju, počevši od pro-jektovanja treće linije prerade uglja do transpor-ta, usitnjavanja, deponovanja i homogenizacije sitnog uglja na PK Tamnava, čija je izgradnja za-početa u 2016. godini.

Radovi koje je Delta Inženjering izveo u okviru re-lizacije projekta novog pepelovoda TE Kostrolac A odnose se na sledeće:

• Nabavka, montaža opreme i armature i pušta-nje u rad, kao i dokaz projektovanih parameta-ra za pumpnu stanicu povratne vode locirane na PK Ćirikovac.

• Nabavka i montaža opreme, cevovoda i arma-ture, puštanje u rad, kao i dokaz projektovanih parametara za cevni transport izbistrene vode od bunara pepelišta do pumpne stanice povrat-ne vode.

• Izrada projekta sistema za usisavanje pepela iz objekata Termoelektrane A, nabavka opreme, cevovoda i armature, montaža i puštanje u rad i dokaz projektovanih parametara.

Delta Inženjering has, as a partner in a joint offer of the consortium, signed a contract on the execution of part of the works necessary for the construction of a new ash pipeline from the power plant Kostolac A to the ash dump in the open pit mine Ćirikovac.

The Investor of construction project of the ash pipeline is EPS, with which Delta Inženjering has a long and successful cooperation, starting with the design of the third line of coal processing up to transport, grinding, depositing and homogeni-zation of coal in PK Tamnava, which construction started in 2016.

Works that have been performed by Delta Inžen-jering within the project of a new ash pipeline in TPP Kostolac A are related to the following:

• Supply, installation of equipment and fittings, and commissioning, as well as evidence of de-sign parameters for the pumping station of re-turn water located at PK Ćirikovac.

• Supply, installation of equipment, piping and fittings, and commissioning, as well as evidence of design parameters for pipe transport of clari-fied water from the well of ash box to the pump station of return water.

• Preparation of the system for ash vacuuming from the facilities of the thermal power plant A, supply of equipment, piping and fittings, installa-tion and commissioning and evidence of design parameters.

Blok-B3 / Block-B3

Elektroprivreda Srbije je sa kineskom kompani-jom CMEC iz Pekinga potpisala ugovor za II fazu paket projekta TE Kostolac B – power plant pro-ject. U okviru projekta definisana je obaveza CMEC-a o izgradnji novog BTO (bager-transpor-ter-odlagač) sistema u TE Kostolac.

Projekat podrazumeva složene aktivnosti projek-tovanja, nabavke i izgradnje, kontrole, puštanja u rad i dokaza kapaciteta. Ugovor za paket projeka-ta se realizuje u skladu sa uslovima ugovaranja po projektu izvođača FIDIC (Federation Internationale Des Ingenieus Conseils) - žuta knjiga.Srbija će 2020. godine dobiti novo termoenerget-sko postrojenje, termoblok od 350mW. Ovo je prvi veliki energetski projekat ove vrste koji Srbija radi nakon gotovo 30 godina. Delta Inženjering je za-jedno sa nemačkom firmom DMT iz Esena dobio na javnoj nabavci vršenje konsultantskih usluga - rukovodioca izgradnje (FIDIC inženjer) novog BTO sistema.Ugovor je potpisan u martu 2016. godine i njegova realizacija će trajati do 30. 09. 2019.Nakon realizacije ovog projekta proizvodnja uglja u Srbiji će biti uvećana za tri miliona tona godišnje.

Electric Power Industry of Serbia has signed a contract for the second phase of the projects package TPP Kostolac B - power plant project with the Chinese company CMEC from Beijing. Within the project are defined obligations of CMEC on construction of a new ECS (excavator – conveyor - spreader) system in TPP Kostolac.

The project includes complex design activities, procurement and construction, control, start-up and evidence of capacity. The contract for project package is implemented in accordance with the contracting conditions by the project of a contrac-tor FIDIC (Federation Internationale Des Ingenieus Conseils) - yellow book.Delta Inženjering together with the German com-pany DMT from Essen has gained in public pro-curement performance of consulting services – a construction manager (FIDIC engineer) of a new ECS system on the public procurement.The agreement was signed in march 2016 and its implementation will last 42 months.After implementation of this project coal produ-ction in Serbia will be increased by 3 million tons per year.

Vrsta usluga: Izrada dela tehničke dokumen-tacije potrebne za izgradnju Bloka 3 u TE Dr-mno u okviru povećanja kapaciteta TE Kosto-lac B na lokaciji postojeće termoelektrane, odnosno izgradnje bloka B-3.

Oil Deep Processing Plant / Delayed Coking PlantOIL REFINERY PANČEVO U postojećoj rafineriji nafte u Pančevu (RNP) investitor Naftna industrija Srbije a.d. (NIS) tokom 2016. godine nastavlja aktivnosti veza-ne za projekat proširenja proizvodnih kapaci-teta izgradnjom novog postrojenja - Postroje-nje za duboku preradu nafte - postrojenje za odloženo koksovanje.

Projekat obuhvata izgradnju novog postrojenja, izmeštanje/ukidanje dela postojećih postrojenja, povezivanje na postojeću infrastrukturu (rekon-strukcija postojeće infrastrukture i postojećih po-strojenja) i izgradnju nove prateće infrastrukture i pratećih postrojenja.

Cilj realizacije kompletnog projekta izgradnje pred-metnog postrojenja je proizvodnja petrol koksa kao produkta procesa duboke prerade nafte.

Kompanija CB&I s.r.o. iz Češke Republike nosilac je tehnologije za proizvodnju petrol koksa. Kompani-ja Delta Inženjering, kao lokalni partner, u skladu sa potpisanim ugovorom sa kompanijom CB&I ta-kođe nastavlja aktivnosti vezane za ovaj projekat. Tokom juna 2015. izrađen je generalni projekat Postrojenje za duboku preradu nafte – postrojenje za odloženo koksovanje za investitora NIS a.d.

Pozitivan izveštaj revizione komisije je dobijen u septembru 2015.

S obzirom na to da postojeći plan generalne re-gulacije kompleksa HIP Petrohemija, HIP Azotara i NIS Rafinerija nafte Pančevo u naseljenom me-stu Pančevo nije predvideo izgradnju ovog po-strojenja, investitor je na osnovu usvojenog ge-neralnog projekta, koji bi bio osnov za planiranje predmetnog postrojenja, pristupio izmenama Plana generalne regulacije.

U 2016. godini kompanija CB&I završila je deo FEED inženjeringa. U septembru 2016. usvojena je Izmena i dopuna plana generalne regulacije kompleksa HIP Petrohemija, HIP Azotara i NIS Rafinerija nafte Pančevo u naseljenom mestu Pančevo. Dokumentacija CB&I, zajedno sa usvo-jenom planskom osnovom, predstavljala je pod-logu Delta Inženjeringu za izradu idejnih rešenja i idejnih projekta za Postrojenje za duboku pre-radu nafte - postrojenje za odloženo koksovanje. Idejna rešenja i idejni projekti su realizovani u drugoj polovini 2016. i idejna rešenja su preda-ta za dobijanje lokacijskih uslova. Po njihovom dobijanju, početkom 2017, očekuje nas predaja idejnih projekata na kontrolu revizione komisije ministarstva. U međuvremenu je urađen i proje-kat rušenja delova postrojenja NIS-a za potrebe izgradnje novog postrojenja.

In the existing Oil Refinery in the city of Panče-vo (RNP), an investor Naftna Industrija Srbije ad (NIS) in 2016 continues its activities related to the project of expanding production capac-ity by constructing a new plant: Oil Deep Pro-cessing Plant - Delayed Coking Plant.

The project includes construction of the new facil-ities, relocation/elimination of a part of the exist-ing plant, connecting to the existing infrastructure (reconstruction of the existing infrastructure and existing plants) and construction of a new support-ing infrastructure and auxiliary facilities.

The aim of the realization of the complete project for the plant construction is the production of pe-troleum coke as a product of deep processing of oil.

The company CB&I s.r.o. from the Czech Republic is the carrier of the technology for the production of petroleum coke.

Delta Inženjering, as a local partner, in accordance with the contract signed with CB&I, also continues activities related to this project. In June 2015 the general project was prepared for the Oil Deep Pro-cessing Plant - Delayed Coking Plant for the Inves-tor NIS a.d. Positive report of the Review Commit-tee was obtained in September 2015.

Given that the existing general regulation plan of the complex HIP Petrohemija, HIP Azotara and NIS Oil Refinery in Pančevo did not plan the construc-tion of this plant, the Investor, based on the ap-proved general project which would be the base for the plant planning, started modification of the General Regulation Plan.

In 2016 the company CB&I ended FEED engineer-ing. In September 2016 was adopted the Amend-ment of the general regulation plan for the complex HIP Petrohemija, HIP Azotara and NIS Oil Refinery in Pančevo. Documentation of CB&I, along with the adopted master plan, represented a base for Delta Inženjering to create conceptual and basic designs for the Oil Deep Processing Plant - Delayed Coking Plant. Conceptual and basic designs were imple-mented in the second half of 2016 and preliminary designs were submitted for obtaining location re-quirements. After their obtaining, which we expect in early 2017, we are going to submit preliminary designs for control of the Review Committee of the Ministry. In the meantime has been prepared the project for demolition of parts of NIS plants for the construction of a new plant.

Postrojenje U1 u TermoelektraniNikola Tesla - ObrenovacPlant U1 in the Thermal Power PlantNikola Tesla - ObrenovacDelta Inženjering je ugovorom sa firmom Eso-tech Solutions ugovorio građevinsku izgrad-nju bazena za prečišćavanje zauljenih voda i objekta - mašinske sale za smeštaj opreme u Termoelektrani Nikola Tesla A u Obrenovcu.

Objekat je izveden u periodu od kraja marta 2016. godine do oktobra 2016.

Objekat U1 nalazi se u severnom delu parcele i sastoji se iz pet delova. Dimenzije osnove glavne zgrade su 18,60 m/36,60 m.

Glavna zgrada se sastoji iz:

1. Glavne hale postrojenja u okviru kog su:

• Peščani filteri• Bazen otpadne vode od ispiranja

peščanih filtera• Bazen pročišćene vode• Bazen filtrata

2. Elektrokomandne prostorije na spratu ko-joj se pristupa jednokrakim stepeništem širine 150 cm

3. Nižeg dela objekta u kome se nalazi:

• Prostorija hemikalija

4. Bazena finalne neutralizacije i usedalnog bazena koji se nalaze pored glavne zgrade postrojenja

5. Platoa oko severoistočne fasade objekta.

Jedan ulaz omogućava ulazak u prostoriju name-njenu smeštanju hemijskih jedinjenja i pristupa mu se direktno sa platoa i to je i jedini ulaz u ovu prostoriju. Treći kolski ulaz je pozicioniran na ju-goistočnoj fasadi. Pešački ulaz u objekat je omo-gućen na severozapadnom delu fasade objekta, kojim se pristupa u glavnu halu.

U oba dela objekta ulazi se preko garažnih vrata koja u svom sklopu imaju pešački ulaz s obzirom da su jedina. Iz glavne hale se ulazi u elektroko-mandnu prostoriju. Zbog postavljanja opreme ve-likih dimenzija, visina hale je 9,83 m.

Glavna hala je projektovana kao AB konstrukcija sa stubovima.

Delta Inženjering has contracted with the company ESOTECH SOLUTIONS building of a pool for the treatment of oily water and object - mechanical hall for equipment storage in the thermal power plant Nikola Tesla A in Obrenovac.

The building was constructed in the period from the end of March 2016 - October 2016.U1 plant is located in the northern part of the plot and is consisted from 5 parts.

Dimensions of the base of the main building are 18.60 m/36.60 m.

The main building is consisted from:

1. The main hall of the plant which is consisted from:• Sand filters• The pool of wastewater from washing sand filters• The pool of purified water• The pool of filtrate

2. Electrical and command rooms on the upper floor, which is accessed by a single flight staircase, width 150cm

3. Lower part of the building in which it is located:• Room for chemicals

4. The final neutralization pool and settling tank are located next to the main building installations

5. Plateau around the building northeastern façade.

One entrance allows entry to the room intended for storage of chemical compounds and can be accessed directly from the plateau and it is the only entrance to this room. The third car entrance is located on the southeast facade. Pedestrian entrance to the building is ena-bled on the northwestern part of the facade for accessing into the main hall.

Both parts of the building are accessible through the garage door which in its part has pedestri-an entrance because it is the only one. From the main hall can be entered into the electrical and command room. Due to the large size of equip-ment, height of the hall is 9.83 m.

The main hall is designed as reinforced costruc-tion with pillars.

Rekonstrukcija proizvodne hale IIIu okviru PJ Valjaonice - Impol SevalReconstruction of the Production Hall III within PJ Valjaonica - Impol SevalNastavljena je dugogodišnja uspešna sarad-nja sa fabrikom Impol Seval iz Sevojna.

U 2016. godini Delta Inženjering je izradio kom-pletnu tehničku dokumentaciju za dobijanje do-zvola i izvođenje radova (idejna rešenja, idejne projekte, projekte za građevinsku dozvolu i pro-jekte za izvođenje) na izgradnji linije za premo-tavanje i embosiranje aluminijumskih traka, hi-drauličnih makaza na valjačkom stanu za toplo valjanje V2 i nadstrešnice nad manipulativnim platoom za utovar u kamione.

Linija za premotavanje i embosiranje aluminijum-skih traka je pomoćna linija linije za bojenje. Ugra-đuje se u delu proizvodne hale V koji je do sada služio za odlaganje poluproizvoda. Ima funkciju promene lica trake na koturu i nanošenje zaštitne

folije na lice trake. Embosiranje je proces prav-ljenja reljefa na glatkim aluminijumskim trakama korišćenjem valjaka sa reljefnom površinom.

Hidraulične makaze služe za odsecanje raslojenihkrajeva trake koji se stvaraju prilikom pripreme tra-ke za valjanje na valjačkom stanu za toplo valjanje V2. Raslojeni krajevi trake negativno utiču na kvali-tet finalnog proizvoda zbog čega je potrebno da se odstrane. Kompletna oprema hidrauličnih makaza se ugrađuje u delu proizvodne hale III, na samoj liniji - valjačkom stanu za toplo valjanje V2 što us-lovljava izvođenje radova samo u vreme planiranih zastoja i remonta linije. U projektu je posebna pa-žnja posvećena dinamici izvođenja radova.

Nadstrešnica nad manipulativnim platoom sa-obraćajne površine u severnom delu fabričkog kompleksa Impol Seval je smeštena uz fasadu po-stojeće hale. Dužina nadstrešnice je 30,0 m a širina 25,6 m. Krov je na jednu vodu a korisna visina na delu nadstrešnice je od 7,6 m do 11,7 m. Predviđe-no je delimično zatvaranje nadstrešnice lakim fa-sadnim oblogama od PVC folije. Pokriva površinu od 768 m2 koja služi za utovar i istovar kamiona i privremeno odlaganje ambalaže i poluproizvoda.

Successful cooperation with the factory Impol Seval from Sevojno continues.

In 2016 Delta Inženjering prepared a complete technical documentation for obtaining permits and execution of works (conceptual designs, ba-sic designs, projects for the construction permit and projects for construction) on the construc-tion of line for rewinding and embossing alumi-num strips, hydraulic shears at the rolling stand for hot rolling V2 and canopies over the manipu-lative plateau for loading into trucks.

Line for rewinding and embossing aluminum strips is an auxiliary line of painting line. It is in-stalled in a part of the production hall V which so far has been used served for storing semifinished products. It has a function of changung the strip face and applying protective film. Embossing is the process of creating relief on the smooth alu-minum strips using rollers with embossed sur-face.

Hydraulic shears are used for cutting of layered strip ends that are formed during preparation of strips for rolling at the rolling stand for hot rolling V2. Layered strip ends negatively affect the quality of the final product. For that it is necessary to be removed. Complete equipment of hydraulic she-ars is built into part of the production hall III, at the line - rolling stand for hot rolling V2. Because of that works are conditioned only during downtime and line repair. In the project special attention was paid to the work progress.

The canopy over the manipulative plateau of the traffic area in the northern part of the factory com-plex Impol Seval is located along the facade of the existing hall. The canopy has a length of 30.0 m and width 25.6 m. The roof is with one slope while the height of the canopy is from 7.6 m to 11.7 m. It is planned partial closure of canopy with light fa-cade coverings from PVC foil. It covers an area of 768 m2, which is used for loading and unloading of trucks and temporary storage of containers and semifinished products.

Podzemne garaže Studentski trgUnderground Garages Students Square

Lokacija na kojoj je predviđena gradnja podzemne garaže Studentski trg se nalazi u centralnoj zoni grada, na potezu između Kalemegdana i Trga republike, u starom gradskom jezgru i neposrednoj blizini Knez Mihailove ulice.

Na predmetnom prostoru planirana je intervencija koja za cilj ima izgradnju podzemne ga-raže uz afirmaciju ambijentalnog potencijala javnog urbanog prostora u skladu sa njegovim karakterom, značajem i ulogom u ukupnoj slici grada.

Ukupni kapacitet garaže iznosi 689 parking mesta, od čega je za potrebe parkiranja osoba sa invaliditetom planirano 48 parking mesta (7%). Prema korisnoj površini spada u velike garaže (>1500 m2).

Osnovni gabarit objekta javne podzemne garaže pozicioniran je paraleleno sa saobraćajni-com Studentski trg (1), u njenoj regulaciji. Objekat je pravougaone osnove, gabarita 201,85 x 33,8 m, postavljen u okviru podzemnih građevinskih linija, na rastojanju min. 4,5m od postojećih objekata i min. 1,0 m od ograde parka.

U vertikalnom planu, objekat čine tri podzemne etaže spratne visine 3,50 m, koje su među-sobno smaknute za polovinu visine. Garaža je potpuno ukopana, a iznad krova je obezbe-đen nadsloj zemlje od min.1,2 m.

Odabir konstrukcije i načina gradnje uslovljen je pokušajem da se nađe najbolji odnos brzi-ne i jednostavnosti gradnje.

Konstrukciju objekta čine ivične i središnja podužna armiranobetonska dijafragma debljine 0,6 m i dubine oko 17,0 m. Podužne dijafragme su postavljene na osovinskom rastojanju od 16,6 m i na njih i na kružne armiranobetonske stubove prečnika 0,7 m, sa kružnim ko-nusnim kapitelima dimenzija većeg prečnika 2,7 m, oslanjaju se armiranobetonske ploče međuspratne tavanice debljine 0,26 m. Debljina temeljne armiranobetonske ploče iznosi 0,6m, krovne ploče 0,6m, a unutrašnjih rampi 0,22 m.

The location where is planned construction of underground garage Students Square is in the central area of the city, between Kalemegdan and Republic Square, in the old city’s core, close to Knez Mihailova Street.

At present area is planned intervention that aims construction of underground garage with affirmation of ambient potential of public urban space in accordance with its character, importance and role in the overall image of the city.

The total capacity of the garage is 689 parking spaces, of which for the needs of persons with disabilities is planned 48 parking spaces (7%). According to the useable area, it is a large garage (>1500 m2).

The basic overall dimensions of the public underground garage are positioned parallel with the road Students Square (1), according to boundary line. The building has rectangular base, overall dimensions 201.85 x 33.8 m set within underground construction lines, at a distance min. 4.5 m from the existing facilities and min. 1.0 m from the park fence.

In the vertical plane, the building is consisted from three underground floors floor height 3.50 m, which are mutually staggered by half the height. The garage is completely buried, and above the roof is provided soil overlay from min.1.2 m.

The choice of structure and construction method is conditioned by the attempt to find the best balance of speed and simplicity of construction.

A structure of the building is made from the marginal and central longitudinal reinforced concrete aperture with thickness of 0.6 m, depth about 17.0 m. Longitudinal orifices are mounted on the axle distance of 16.6 m and on them and on the circular reinforced con-crete pillars 0.7 m diameter, with a circular cone capitals, larger diameter of 2.7 m, rely rein-forced concrete ceiling panels inter floor ceiling thickness 0.26 m. Thickness of the founda-tion reinforced concrete slab is 0.6 m, roof slab 0.6 m, and interior ramps 0.22 m.

HENKEL KruševacPogon za proizvodnju Bref kuglica HENKEL KruševacA Plant for Production of Bref StripsVrsta usluge je izrada tehničke dokumentacije po-trebne za dobijanje građevinske dozvole, izvođe-nje radova na objekatima i postrojenjima i dobija-nje upotrebne dozvole.

Predmet usluge je izrada projektne dokumentaci-je koja je potrebna za izgradnju pogona za proi-zvodnju Bref kuglica za negu i osvežavanje toaleta, izgradnja pratećih objekata i rušenje postojećih objekata.

Proizvodni proces se sastoji iz nekoliko celina: pri-prema i mešanje sirovina, formiranje i pakovanje proizvoda. Zbirno upakovan proizvod se pakuje u transportne kutije koje se zatim transportuju aku-mulacionim transporterima kroz novi transportni most do postojećeg paletizacionog centra.

Projektna dokumentacija obrađuje i instalacije za sirovine koje zahtevaju i odgovorajući stepen za-štite (ATEX i sl.) kao i projekat protivpožarne zaštite i određivanja zona opasnosti.

Projektnu dokumentaciju čine sledeće faze projek-tovanja:

• Idejno rešenje u cilju dobijanja lokacijskih uslova;

• Idejni projekat u cilju dobijanja pozitivnog mišlje-nja revizione komisije nadležnog ministarstva;

• Projekat za građevinsku dozvolu u cilju dobija-nja građevinske dozvole;

• Projekat za izvođenje u cilju izgradnje objekata i dobijanja saglasnosti iz oblasti protivpožarne zaštite;

• Izrada pratećih glavnih projekata, elaborata i studija.

Subject of services is preparation of project docu-mentation required for construction of a plant for the production of Bref strips for care and refresh-ing of toilets, construction of auxiliary facilities and demolition of existing buildings.

The production process is consisted of several parts: preparation and mixing of raw materials, forming and packaging of products. Summary packaged product is packed in transport boxes which are then transported by the accumulation conveyors through a new conveyor bridge to the existing palletizing centre.

Installations for the raw materials are processed by project documentation and they require the appropriate level of protection (ATEX, etc.) as well as the fire protection design and determining dan-ger zones.

The project documentation is consisted of the fol-lowing stages of design:

• Conceptual design for the purpose of obtain-ing location requirements;

• Basic design for the purpose of obtaining a positive opinion of the Review Committee of the relevant ministry;

• The project for a building permit in order to obtain the building permit;

• The project for construction in order to build facilities and obtaining consent from the field of fire protection;

• Preparation of accompanying main projects, surveys and studies.

Ugovoreni radovi sa kompanijom JOHNSON ELECTRIC - NIŠ

Preduzeće Delta Inženjering je sa kompanijom Johnson Electric iz Niša tokom 2016. godine pot-pisalo ugovore i realizovalo sledeće poslove:

Projektovanje i izgradnja postrojenja za prečišća-vanje tehnoloških otpadnih voda sa linije za povr-šinsku zaštitu metalnih delova AD Coating čija je montaža završena. Tokom 2017. godine se očekuje puštanje u rad, dokazivanje projektovanih parame-tara i konačna primopredaja.

Pored toga su ugovoreni radovi na rekonstrukciji objekta II faze projekta Johnson Electric Plant Development Niš, koji obuhvata izvođenje elektro, mašinskih i instalacija tehnologije u zgradi AD Coating, delu Epoxy i PPOV. Radovi obuhvataju izradu (ili nabavku), isporuku, montažu, puštanje u rad i primopredaju sledećih procesno-tehničkih celina:

• Kompletno postrojenje za proizvodnju demi vode za snabdevanje kada AD Coating-a koje se sasto-ji iz duplex uređaja za omekšavanje sirove vode, filtera sa aktivnim ugljem za eliminaciju hlora iz sirove vode i kompletne linije za reversnu osmozu (RO uređaj) sa rezervoarima sirove vode (2000 L) i demi vode (3000 L), kao i buster stanicom za tran-sport demi vode prema potrošačima.

• Kompletna oprema za ventilaciju AD linije, odno-sno kada AD Coating-a, koja se sastoji iz sistema ventilacionih cevovoda i ventilatora koji je po-stavljen na krovu objekta.

• Kanalizacioni PVC cevovod (tehnološka kanaliza-cija) za odvod tehnoloških otpadnih voda iz kada AD Coating-a do postrojenja za prečišćavanje.

• Sistem ventilacije kompletne linije za ultrazvučno odmašćivanje sa prečišćavanjem vazduha na filtru sa aktivnim ugljem.

• Kompletna oprema za ventilaciju i grejanje zgra-de AD Coating, dela Epoxy i PPOV koja obuhvata roof-top klima jedinice sa toplotnim pumpama za vazduh, komorama za sagorevanje, gasnim modulima, grejačima vazduha i upravljačkim ormanina za automatski rad. Pored toga sa-stavni deo opreme je sistem kanala za distribu-ciju vazduha sa prigušivačima zvuka, vrtložnim plafonskim difuzorima, kaloriferima i odgovara-jućom merno-regulacionom opremom.

• Kompletna oprema sistema ventilacije podruma, gde je smešteno postrojenje za prečišćavanje tehnoloških otpadnih voda.

Contracted Works with the Company JOHNSON ELECTRIC - NIŠ

In 2016 Delta Inženjering signed with Johnson Electric from Niš contracts and implemented the following activities:

Design and construction of plant for treatment of in-dustrial wastewater from the line for surface protec-tion of metal parts AD Coating which installation is completed. During 2017 is expected commissioning, proving of the projected parameters and the final takeover.

Further were contracted works on the reconstruction of phase II facility of the project Johnson Electric Plant Development Niš, which included construction of elec-trical, mechanical and technology installations in the building AD Coating and the Epoxy part and WWTP.The works included construction (or purchase), de-livery, installation, commissioning and handover of the following technical and process units:

• Complete plant for the production of demi water for supply of AD Coating tabs, which is consist-ed from a duplex unit for softening of raw water, filters with activated charcoal for the elimination of chlorine from raw water, and a complete line for reverse osmosis (RO device) with raw water tanks (2000 L) and demi water (3000 L), as well as booster stations for transport of demi water to the consumers.

• Complete equipment for ventilation of AD line, i.e. AD Coating tabs, consisting from a system of pipelines and ventilation fan, which is mounted

on the roof of the building.• Sewage PVC piping (technological sewage) for

drainage of wastewater from AD Coating tabs to the treatment plant.

• Ventilation system for complete line of ultrasonic degreasing with air purification at filter with acti-vated charcoal.

• Complete equipment for ventilation and heating of the building AD Coating, Epoxy part and WWTP which includes roof-top air conditioning units with heat pumps for air, combustion chambers, gas modules, air heaters and control cabinets for automatic operation. Also part of the equipment was the channels system for air distribution, si-lencers, whirling ceiling diffusers, heaters and ap-propriate measuring and control equipment.

• Complete equipment for ventilation system in cellar where is located the industrial wastewater treatment plant.

• Complete equipment for fire detection and alarm system.

• Mobile equipment for firefighting.• Complete electrical energy installations for AD

Coating, Epoxy part and WWTP with electro-cab-inets with built-in electro-energy equipment and electrical cables.

Krajem 2014. Delta Inženjering je u konzorci-jumu sa španskom firmom Aqualia Infraestru-cturas s.a. pobedio na međunarodnom tenderu za projektovanje i izvođenje (ugovor po pravili-ma FIDIC – žuta knjiga) postrojenja za pripremu vode za piće za sistem vodosnadbevanja grada Vršca kapaciteta 200l/s.

Ovaj projekat pripada razvojnom programu Re-publike Srbije „Rešavanje problema sa vodosnad-bevanjem i kanalizacijom u opštinama srednje ve-ličine u Srbiji, program 1, faza 2“, koji preko KfW Group sufinansiraju Republika Nemačka i EU.

Planom za realizaciju projekta 2015. godina bila je predviđena za izradu projektne dokumentacije i ishodovanje dozvola, a 2016. i 2017. za izvođenje radova. Tokom 2015. godine Delta Inženjering je uspešno izradio i odbranio Studiju o proceni utica-ja na životnu sredinu postrojenja, izradio idejno re-šenje, na osnovu koga su dobijeni lokacijski uslovi, i izradio projekat za građevinsku dozvolu na osno-vu kojeg je izdata građevinska dozvola. Trenutno je u toku izrada projekta za izvođenje radova svih struka, a početak izvođenja očekuje se u februaru.

Projekat obuhvata zamenu 17 postojećih bunar-skih pumpi na bunarskom polju Pavliš, intervenci-je na potisnim cevovodima za pijaću vodu kako bi se voda dovela na postrojenje, kao i preradu vode uz aeraciju i biološko-katalitičku filtraciju.

Ovaj projekat je nastavak veoma uspešne sarad-nje koju je Delta Inženjering imao sa firmom Aqua-lia Infraestructuras tokom prethodnih par godina.

At the end of 2014 Delta Inženjering in consor-tium with a Spanish company Aqualia Infrae-structuras s.a. won at the international tender for design and construction (contract under the rules of FIDIC - Yellow Book) of the drinking water preparation plant for water supply sys-tem for the city of Vršac with capacity of 200l/s.

This project belongs to the development program of the Republic of Serbia “Solving Problems with Water Supply and Sanitation in Medium-Sized Mu-nicipalities in Serbia, Program 1, Phase 2,” which is co-financed through KfW Group by Republic of Germany and the EU.

With the plan for implementation 2015 has been planned for the preparation of project documen-tation and obtaining permits, and 2016 and 2017 for the works execution. During 2015, Delta In-ženjering successfully developed and defended the Environment Impact Assessment Study, de-signed the conceptual design, based on which were obtained location conditions and was pre-pared a design for a building permit on the bases of which the building permit was issued. There is currently in preparation a design for the works of all professions, and start of execution is expected in February.

The project includes the replacement of 17 exist-ing well pumps in the well field Pavliš, interven-tions to thrust pipelines for drinking water in or-der on bring water to the plant, as well as water treatment with aeration and bio-catalytic filtration.

This project is a continuation of a very successful cooperation that Delta Inženjering had with the company Aqualia Infraestructuras over the past few years.

Izradu idejnog projekta za postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda grada Kraljeva finansi-rala je Evropska unija kroz projekat podrške u pripremi projekata za IPA III komponentu (PPF5) na predlog Ministarstva energetike, razvoja i zaštite životne sredine.

Inženjeri Delta Inženjeringa su, kao sastavni deo projektantskog tima PPF5 ispred Louis Berger-a, uradili kompletnu projektnu dokumentaciju idejnog projekta postrojenja za preradu otpadnih voda za grad Kraljevo. Imajući u vidu da je izgradnja PPOV Kraljevo započeta 1980. godine i da je postro-jenje delimično izgrađeno tokom devedesetih (ulazna pumpna stanica sa peskolovom), postavljen je koncept postrojenja koji je na nivou generalnog projekta takođe urađen od strane Delta Inženjeringa i obrađen u dva varijantna rešenja. Kao prikladniji tip rešenja usvojena je konvencionalna metoda, a na osnovu tehno-ekonomske i multikriterijumske analize usvojen je princip faznosti izgradnje po dva kriterijuma, po kapacitetu i po nivou prečišćavanja, na sledeći način:

Faza I kapacitet 90.000 ES, sekundarni tretman na konvencionalnom postrojenju sa aktivnim muljem i anaerobnom digestijom mulja;

Faza II kapacitet 120.000 ES, tercijarni tretman na konvencionalnom postrojenju sa aktivnim muljem u A2O konfiguraciji i anaerobnom digestijom mulja.

Linija vode PPOV Kraljevo projektovana je tako da obezbedi kvalitet efluenta u skladu sa evropskim direktivama i lokalnim propisima. U finalnoj fazi na postrojenju će se odvijati procesi biološke oksi-dacije organiskih materija, nitrifikacije, denitrifikacije i kombinovanog biološko-hemijskog uklanjanja fosfora.

Na liniji mulja predviđena je anaerobna digestija primarnog i viška aktivnog mulja. Pre ulaska u dige-store obavljaće se gravitaciono ugušćivanje primarnog mulja i mehaničko ugušćivanje viška aktivnog mulja. Primena postupka mehaničkog ugušćivanja viška mulja sprečava oslobađanje fosfora i azota iz ćelija mikroorganizama i povećanje koncentracije ovih elementa u nadmuljnoj vodi.

Prednosti stabilizacije mulja anaerobnom digestijom su višestruke. Ostvaruje se ušteda u energiji u odnosu na aerobnu stabilzaciju jer nije potrebno vršiti aeraciju digestora, smanjuje se količina dehi-dratisanog muljnog kolača koji se odlaže i vrši se povrat energije zbog generisanog biogasa. Postav-ljanjem gas generatora godišnje će se proizvoditi oko dva miliona kilovat časova električne energije, što pokriva oko 40% potrošnje samog postrojenja.

Preparation of the basic design for the wastewater treatment plant in the city of Kraljevo is funded by the European Union through the support project in the preparation of designs for IPA Component III (PPF5) on the proposal of the Ministry of Energy, Development and Environ-mental Protection.

Engineers of the company Delta Inženjering, as an integral part of the design team PPF5 of the com-pany Louis Berger, have done a complete project documentation for the basic design of the waste-water treatment plant for the city of Kraljevo. Bearing in mind that the construction of WWTP Kraljevo was initiated in 1980 and that the plant was partially built in the nineties (input pump station with a sand trap), a plant concept was set and at the level of general project processed in two optional solutions. The designed capacity of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP Kraljevo) satisfies the ex-pected number of population equivalent for 2038 and amounts 120,000 PE. As a more suitable type of solution is adopted conventional method and based on techno-economic multi-criteria analysis is adopted the principle of construction in stages by two criteria: per capacity and the level of purifica-tion, as follows:

Phase Ithe capacity of 90,000 ES, secondary treatment plant in the convention-al plant with activated sludge and anaerobic sludge digestion;

Phase IIthe capacity 120,000 ES, tertiary treatment on a conventional plant with activated sludge in A2O configuration and anaerobic sludge digestion.

Water line of WWTP Kraljevo is designed to ensure the quality of effluent in line with the European directives and local regulations. In the final phase, in the plant will take place processes of biological oxidation of organic matter, nitrification, denitrification and the combined biological and chemical phosphorous removal.

On the sludge line is planned anaerobic digestion of primary and excess of activated sludge. Gravita-tional thickening of primary sludge and mechanical thickening of activated sludge excess will be done before entering in the digesters. Use of mechanical thickening of excess sludge prevents the release of phosphorus and nitrogen from the cells of microorganisms and increases the concentration of these elements in supernatant.

The advantages of stabilization by the sludge anaerobic digestion are multiple. It is realized energy sav-ings as compared to aerobic stabilization because it is not necessary to conduct the digester aeration, it is reduced the amount of dehydrated sludge cake which is deposited and is carried out energy return because of the generated biogas. By placing the gas generator will be annually produced about two million kilowatt hours of electricity, which covers about 40% of the plant consumption.

Postrojenje primenjuje modifikovanu MID-MIX tehnologiju za tretman industrijskog otpada, bez organskog otpada, i integriše fi-zičko-hemijske procese stabilizacije i solidifi-kacije opasnog otpadnog mulja sa aditivima (pepeo od sagorevanja uglja i kreč) i fizičke procese vakuum-gasne inkapsulacije tretira-nog otpada.

Opasni mulj, koji se prerađuje na ovom postroje-nju, nastao je pri prečišćavanju otpadnih voda iz procesa primarne metalurgije bakra i on se karak-teriše kao opasan otpad, koji se mora preraditi u neopasan otpad usled visokog sadržaja teških me-tala i arsena a da bi mogao bezbedno da se odloži

ili korisno upotrebi. Kao rezultat ovih hemijskih i fizičkih procesa od tretiranog opasnog otpada procesa primenjenih na postrojenju od tretiranog opasnog otpada nastaje sodifikat kao bezopasan komleks kalcijumovih i silicijumovih jedinjenja, u kojima su eventualno prisutne u tragovima štetne komleksne anjonske čestice, pozicionirane u cen-tru novonastalih molekula komleksnih jedinjenja, koja su po karakteru neutralna i bezopasna.

Ovim radom se prezentuje koncepcija postrojenja sa tehnologijom za tretman idustrijskog opasnog otpada, koje se uz manju modifikaciju može pri-meniti za različite otpade iz procesa u metalurgiji i hemijskoj industriji.

The unit applies a modified MID-MIX technol-ogy for treatment of industrial waste with-out organic waste and integrates physical and chemical processes of stabilization and solidification of hazardous waste sludge with additives (ash from coal combustion and lime) and physical processes of vacuum-gas encapsulation of the treated waste.

Hazardous sludge, which is processed in this unit, originated in the wastewater treatment process from primary copper metallurgy, and it is charac-terized as hazardous waste, which must be pro-cessed into non-hazardous waste due to the high content of heavy metals and arsenic, so it could

be safely disposed or profitably use. As a result of these chemical and physical processes from treated hazardous waste applied in the unit is produced solidificate as non-hazardous complex of calcium and silicates compounds, in which are possibly present in trace hazardous complex ani-on particles, positioned in the center of the new- formed compounds molecules, which are neutral and non-hazardous.

This paper presents concept of the unit with tech-nology for treatment idustrial hazardous waste, which could be applied, with less modification, for various wastes from processes in Metallurgy and Chemical industry.

Fabrika sladoleda u Staroj Pazovi uspešno po-sluje od 2000. godine. Investitor je bila kompa-nija Delta. Godine 2009. fabriku sladoleda je otkupila kompanija Nestle.

Fabriku sladoleda je za račun investitora projeko-vala i izgradila firma Delta Inženjering iz Beograda. U okviru fabrike je izgrađeno i postrojenje za pre-čišćavanje otpadnih voda, ali bez linije za mašin-sko obezvodnjavanje mulja. Novi vlasnik je, da bi smanjio troškove odvoženja žitkog mulja, godine 2013. sklopio ugovor sa Delta Inženjeringom prvo za projektovanje, a potom i 2014. godine za izvo-đenje postrojenja za mašinsko obezvodnjavanje mulja.

Projektom je bilo predviđeno da se sa postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda dopreme i homo-genizuju, odnosno ujednače po kvalitetu svi mulje-vi koji se produkuju u procesu tretmana otpadnih voda, a koji su različiti po sastavu i karakteru: flo-

tacioni mulj sa DAF uređaja, primarni mulj iz po-dužnog primarnog taložnika, kao i viškovi aktivnog mulja iz I i II stepena biološke obrade.

Tehnološki proces obezvodnjavanja mulja je obu-hvatao fazu homogenizacije mulja, kondicioni-ranja odgovarajućim hemikalijama, ugušćivanje i filtriranje na komornoj filter presi. Problem je nastao prilikom puštanja postrojenja za obezvod-njavanje mulja u rad, jer je postrojenje za preči-šćavanje otpadnih voda radilo bez puštenih faza biološke obrade, tako da je na obradu mulja do-preman samo flotacioni mulj sa DAF uređaja. Da bi se rešio problem pripreme samo flotacionog mulja i njegovog uspešnog filtriranja, sproveden je čitav niz eksperimenata u laboratoriji, kao i na samom terenu. Nakon toga je izvedena zasebna linija za kondicioniranje flotacionog mulja, gde su eksperimentalni rezultati primenjeni u realnim uslovima i flotacioni mulj je uspešno obezvodnjen.

Ice cream factory in Stara Pazova has been operating successfully since 2000. Greek company Delta was the Investor. Ice cream factory was purchased by Nestle in 2009.

The company Delta Inženjering from Belgrade has designed and build the Ice cream factory on the behalf of the Investor. Wastewater treatment plant was built with no sludge dewatering line. In order to lower the sludge disposal cost, new owner signed the contract with Delta Inženjering for design and built the sludge treatment line in 2014.

Sludge dewatering plant was designed to treat three types of sludge, namely DAF floating sludge, bottom sludge from rectangular primary settling tank, and waste ac-tivated sludge from two step biological wastewater treatment. Any sludge listed has different characteristics and quality.

The following steps were included in sludge dewatering process: sludge homogeniz-ing, chemicals conditioning, thickening and filtration on a chamber filter press. Prob-lem aroused during commissioning and start-up of the plant, because only DAF sludge was generated at WWTP and accordingly only that type of sludge was supposed to be dewatered. In order to find the optimal sludge conditioning procedure, series of lab-oratory and field experiments were done. Separate line for DAF sludge conditioning was build, and laboratory process scale up was done. Good results in flotation sludge dewatering were achieved.

Bezbednost i zaštita na raduSecurity and Safety at Work

Delta Inženjering, kao društveno odgovorna kompanija u svim segmentima svog poslova-nja, veliki značaj pridaje bezbednosti i zdravlju na radu kako svojih zaposlenih, tako i zaposle-nih kod izvođača radova koje angažujemo na ugovorenim projektima, odnosno gradilištima.

Uvođenjem IMS, odnoso OHSASA 18001, Delta In-ženjering je kroz procedure propisao kako treba da se ponašamo na gradilištu. Stalna kontrola i im-plementacija procedura doprinela je poboljšanju uslova rada na gradilištu i adekvatnom opremanju i korišćenju ličnih zaštitnih sredstava. Podizanje svesti kod izvođača radova u pogledu BZR, ZOP i ZŽS je ključni faktor za bolji, kvalitetniji i bezbedniji rad.Delta Inženjering zadao je sebi zadatak da bezbed-nost i zdravlje na radu podigne na viši nivo u od-nosu na zakonske obaveze, a osnovni cilj je nulti nivo povreda. Da ovaj zadatak i cilj uspešno reali-zujemo potvrđuju i predstavnici SGS (sertfikovno telo) kroz svoje redovne godišnje kontrole prime-ne integrisanog menandžment sistema. Takođe i tokom redovnih kontrola Republičke inspekcije rada nije bilo nepravilnosti koje bi prouzrokovalo izdavanje rešenja za otklanjanje istih.Krenuli smo u primenu OHSAS-a, odnosno preš-li smo sa teorije na praksu, na gradilištima širom Srbije i regiona - US Steel Srbija Smederevo, Fiat Kragujevac, Arcerol-Mital Zenica, Gorenje Valje-vo; Henkel Kruševac, Henkel Bileća, Messer Bor, YU Alumil, Johnson Electric Niš; Hemofarm Vršac; Bambi Požarevac; Srpska fabrika stakla Paraćin; RN Pančevo; RN Novi Sad, RTB Bor, u sklopu JP EPS TENT A; TENT B; TE Kostolac; Tigar Pirot.

Gore navedeni investitori/naručioci pohvalili su nas za primenu mera BZR, kao i za samu organi-zaciju gradilišta. Zadovoljstvo investitora nam daje podstrek da nastavimo sa unapređenjem sistema.Dobra praksa je da se pre uvođenja izvođača ra-dova na gradilište, pored dostave neophodne do-kumentacije na uvid, svi zaposleni upoznaju sa ri-zicima na samom gradilištu, odnosno sa njihovim obavezama iz oblasti BZR, ZOP i ZŽS. Nakon toga potpisuju dokument da su se sa istim upoznali i da će ista poštovati.Prilikom obilaska gradilišta ne konstatujemo samo nepravilnosti u radu već znamo i da pohvalimo ako se radovi izvode u skladu sa propisanim merama.U slučaju konstatovane nepravilnosti zaustavljamo rad i razgovorom sa zaposlenim ukazujemo mu na to kako treba bezbedno da izvrši radni zadatak. Smatramo da je najbolji načina da kroz razgovor sa zaposlenima stvaramo pozitivnu atmosferu na relaciji BZR - zposleni. Do sada je oko 1000 zaposlenih izvođača radova, koji su bili angažovani na realizaciji ugovorenih obaveza, prošlo kroz upoznavanje sa rizicima i obavezama na gradilištu.Zahvaljujući dobroj organizaciji, ali i posvećenosti svih zaposlenih na gradilištima postignuto je naj-važnije – da nije bilo povreda u zadnje tri godine. Povećanje stepena bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu za Delta Inženjering predstavlja jedan od prioriteta za ovu godinu. Sigurni smo da će kroz stalno unapređenje, edu-kaciju i kontrolu rada dovesti do stvaranja kulture kod izvođača radova da kao najveću vrednost na prvo mesto stave bezbednost - život i zdravlje svo-jih zaposlenih.

With the introduction of IMS, i.e. OHSAS 18001, Delta Inženjering has prescribed through the pro-cedure how should we behave on the site. Perma-nent control and implementation of procedures contributed to the improvement of working condi-tions on the site and adequate furnishing and use of personal protective equipment. Raising aware-ness among contractors in terms of OHS, Law on Fire Protection and Environmental Protection is a key factor for a better, and safer operation.Delta Inženjering has given itself the task to raise safety and health at work to a higher level in rela-tion to a legal obligation, and the primary goal is a zero level of injuries. That we successfully imple-ment this task and goal is confirmed by represent-atives of SGS (certification body) through its regular annual inspection of integrated management sys-tem application. Also during regular audits of the State Labour Inspection there were no irregularities that would result in issuance of the decision for the elimination of irregularities.We started the implementation of OHSAS, i.e. we have moved from theory to practice, on building sites across Serbia and the region - US Steel Serbia Smederevo, Fiat Kragujevac, Arcelor-Mittal Zenica, Gorenje Valjevo; Kruševac Henkel, Henkel Bileća, Messer Bor, YU Alumil, Johnson Electric Niš; Hemo-farm Vršac; Bambi Požarevac; Serbian Glass Factory Paraćin; RN Pančevo; RN Novi Sad, RTB Bor, JP EPS TENT A; TENT B; TE Kostolac; Tigar Pirot.

The above mentioned Investors/Purchasers have praised us for the implementation of OSH, as well as for organizing the site. Satisfaction of the Inves-tors gives us stimulation to keep improving the sys-tem.Good practice is that, prior to the introduction of contractors to the site and in addition to delivery of the necessary documentation for review, all employ-ees should be familiar with the risks at the site and with their obligations in the field of OHS, Law on Fire Protection and Environmental Protection. After that they signed a document that they have met with the risks and that they respected the same.During the visit to the site we do not only note irreg-ularities in work, but we know to praise if the works are executed in accordance with the prescribed measures.In the case of found irregularities we stop work and talk with employee to point out to him how to safely perform the task. We believe that the best way is to create a positive atmosphere between OHS - em-ployees through interview with the employees.So far, about 1,000 employees of contractors who were engaged in the implementation of contractual obligations went through getting to know the risks and responsibilities at the site.Thanks to the good organization and commitment of all employees on construction sites is achieved the most important thing - that there were no in-juries in the last three years. Increasing the level of safety and health at work for Delta Inženjering is one of the priorities for this year.We are sure that continuous improvement, training and control of the work will lead to the creation of cul-ture among contractors that at the highest level place security - the life and health of their employees.
