Fomentar el sentido crtico, analizando los fundamentos tericos para laseleccin y desarrollo didctico de material relacionado con la literatura

infantil as como su puesta en prctica en simulaciones de aula./ Fosteringcritical thinking by analyzing the theoretical foundations for the selectionand didactic development of material related to childrens literature as wellas its practical effectuating through classroom simulations.

Desarrollar la imaginacin y sentido dramtico a travs de las distintasformas de contar un cuento a los nios, utilizando la mmica, la RespuestaFsica Total, diccin adecuada, flashcards, guiol, etc./ Developingimagination and sense of drama through the different ways of telling storiesto children, by using mimicry, total physical response, suitable diction,flashcards, puppet theatre, etc.

Mtodos Docentes / Teachingmethods

El profesor guiar a los alumnos en las clases acerca de los fundamentostericos para usar la literatura infantil en el aula de ingls. Para ello contarcon la participacin de los alumnos que irn exponiendo resmenes de laslecturas correspondientes a cada uno de los temas.

Esta primera parte de exposicin terica se engloba dentro de unametodologa por proyectos por la cual los alumnos tendrn que elaborar dostrabajos: uno en grupo y otro individual. Para ello contarn conejemplificaciones o modelos que sern expuestos y analizados tanto en lassesiones de clase como en las tutoras.

Cada uno de los grupos de trabajo simular una clase de ingls (45-50minutos) a partir de la Unidad Didctica elaborada dentro de una metodologaparticipativa y activa que les acerque a la realidad del aula a travs deltrabajo prctico.

El anlisis y comentarios a los libros de lectura obligatoria se harn en clasecon la participacin de los alumnos y bajo la gua del profesor./

The teacher will lead the pupils in the classes about the theoreticalfoundation in order to use childrens literature in the English classroom. Thepupils will participate in the classes by presenting summaries and criticalthinking of the readings corresponding to each theme.

This first part is theoretical and is included within a task-based project bywhich pupils will have to elaborate two papers: one in group and another oneindividually. For that aim, pupils will be presented some models which will beperformed and analyzed in the classroom.

Each of the work groups will simulate an English class (45-50 minutes) from aUnit of work elaborated within a participative and active methodology whichwill lead the pupils nearer the classrooms practical work.

The analysis and commentaries of the compulsory reading books will becarrried out with the pupils participation.

Mtodos de Evaluacin y Porcentajeen la Calificacin Final /Assessment Methods andPercentage in the Final marks

La evaluacin del curso consiste en:

La evaluacin por parte del profesor del trabajo realizado por el alumno atravs del portfolio.

El primer trabajo (en grupo): 3 puntos y la presentacin de la clasesimulada: 1,5 puntos. El segundo trabajo (individual): 1 punto.

Portfolio: 4,5 puntos.

Trabajos:Tanto el trabajo en grupo y su presentacin en clase como el trabajoindividual y el portfolio son obligatorios para aprobar la asignatura.

The evaluation consists of:

Evaluating the work carried out by the pupil through the portfolio.

The first paper (group work): 3 points and the presentation of the sessionsimulating a Primary English lesson will be valued at 1,5 points. Te secondpaper (individual work): 1 point. Portfolio: 4,5 points.

Papers:

The Portfolio, the group work and its presentation in class and the individualwork will be compulsary in order to pass this subject.
