A SELECTION OF SMALL AND MID SCALE HOUSING PROJECTS

This small booklet is produced to provide you with examples of housing projects that are similar in scale and user profiles with the design problem you have been assigned in ARCH 202_HABITAT studio.

At each page you can find a single image of a house project accompanied by a series of keywords which can be relevant to your design study. Also in each page you will find a link to the website of the designer of the project where you can check additional examples or study the project further in detail.

We refrained from resorting to well known figures to introduce to you a number of emerging architectural practices all around the world. The only exceptions in this respect are Le Corbusier’s Unité d’Habitation and Alison and Peter Smithson’s Robinhood Garden projects.

We hope this selection to be helpfull in your further design studies.
