    The cultural diversity of most modern societies is the effect of globalisation, urbanisation,

    liberalisation, and immigration. Inevitably, such societies face the problem of integrating

    their members into a cohesive social whole. Our country, Malaysia, has always been

    acclaimed for its success in creating a harmonious multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural society.

    Nevertheless, the Government of the day has been continuous in her efforts to sustain this
