+ Who am I? 我是方心,一個天真又有熱忱的少女,擁有好多夢想,我在走出我的第一步,“實踐”。

+ Why OGX? 也許很多人都找不到OGX value,但是當你深入在OGX的事情裡面,你看著EP成長,陪他們找專案,因為他們你認識了你從來沒聽過的國家,你透過EP的眼睛看世界,也許我還沒有錢環遊世界,我總覺得他們像是我的代言人,幫我踏上一塊又一塊陌生的土地,我喜歡聽他們說故事眼睛透露著幸福和回憶的眼神,儘管這趟旅程中發生了多少意想不到的事情,他們卻都是驕傲的說出自己的故事,迫不及待的想告訴你那一趟旅程對他們來說多珍貴,看到他們這樣,我想這就是我深愛OGX的原因了,也是我堅持下去的理由。

FROM AIESEC.”相信大家都知道這段話,當你一步一步的往前走,身邊的人甚至比你還相信你自己,你又為什麼不走出舒適圈,而VP OGX 對我來說不是一項工作,只要是我喜歡的事情就不會是個麻煩,我喜歡OGX,所以我想做的不僅僅如此,我希望我可以做更多。

S 1. Big market. 2. There are 110 LCs around the world. 3. Lots of resources. 4. Good quality. 5. Go aboard by yourself (special) 6. Returnees’ resources are abundant. 7. We have good system. 8. Lots of info-session. 9. More and more people join this program. 10. Long history.

W 1. Less of connection with returnees. 2. The flow is too complicated. 3. Less of member education. 4. Less of synergy with other functions. 5. Less of delivering returnees’ reports. 6. Internal, there are no connection between team and team. 7. TN quality is hard to control. 8. GCDP and GIP may make some confused for external.

O 1. We can try to cooperate with some similar organization. 2. Use X stories to build out branding. 3. Hold some activities for AIESECer and non-AIESECer. 4. Try to combine with other countries’ ICX GCDP, and we can have some partnership. 5. Returnees join AIESEC.

T 1. Lots of similar clubs in campus. 2. Lots of organization which are bigger and more professional 3. Less of connection with external organization. 4. Less of branding in campus and society. 5. Less of connection with other schools.

SO 1. We have long history and good system, and we can cooperate with other organizations. 2. We have lots of returnees, so we can invite them join us activities. 3. There are lots of returnees’ reports can promote our program. 4. We have good connection with other countries’ TN manager, and we can have some partnership.

WO 1. We can hold some activities for returnees for our branding. (with other functions) ex: weekly session. GV and so on. 2. We can use returnees’ reports to promote our branding. 3. Have some partnership with other countries.

ST 1. Our vision is different from others, and we can try to cooperate with other external organizations. 2. We can cooperate with other organizations which is bigger than us. Ex: find some competition for our ep. 3. Use our stories to build the branding. 4. We have big market, so we should cooperate with other schools.

WT 1. Less of branding and lots of similar organization may be ignored by others. 2. Less of branding and complicated flow may make someone gives up applying to our program. 3. Strong our market in other campus.

Enhance member education and team connection

1. Make a package for members, and there are some material (OGX value, info-session flow, and so on) 2. Functional meeting once for every two months. 3. Team meeting once a week. 4. Pack the returnees’ stories. 5. Hold a platform for member to ask their questions.

1. Every members use this package. 2. There are 2/3 members join functional meeting every time. 3. TLs write team report per week. 4. Finished 10 stories for two weeks. 5. VP or TL should reply the questions in 24 hours.

Strengthen EP and TN quality

1. Make a package for eps.(how to match, what’s @ and so on) 2. Offer them a clear website. 3. Hold a returnees and eps gathering for them. 4. Collect returnees’ material (LC, TN manager and so on) 5. Weekly survey.

1. EP buddy will explain package for their eps. 2. There are 2000 people to browse our website. 3. Returnees and eps join gathering → 80% 4. Keep connection with other countries→70% 5. satisfaction survey→90%

Cooperate with some of organizations and schools.

1. Offer EPs some information that is about travel competition and they also can earn some travel fee. (with ER) 2. We have big market, so we can connect with other schools.
