املركز النسوي للحرف اليدوية اخليمة الفضية هي مركز للحرف اليدوية فلسطينية تأسس عام 2011 في بلدة عناتا )الضفة الغربية( كمشروع إلدرار الدخل

للنساء البدويات من عرب اجلهالني الذين يعيشون في ضواحي القدس الشرقية. والفكرة هي لتمكني النساء من خالل توظيفهن في إنتاج احللي البدوية وفقا للتقاليد البدوية العريقة في تصنيع املعادن واألحجار الكرمية.

هذه املبادرة قامت من خالل املؤسسة االيطالية غير احلكومية )فينتو دي تيرا( بالشراكة مع جمعية بادية القدس التعاونية، حيث يتم التركيز على تعزيز حقوق النساء واألطفال.

املركز يجمع بني املبادرة واملشاريع االجتماعية كما أنه يزود نساء اجلهالني بفرص لكسب العيش من خالل تصنيع وتسويق احللي البدوية اليدوية.

باإلضافة إلى ذلك فإن الهدف من بيع احللي هو توفير الدعم املالي للخدمات التعليمية والترفيهية ألطفال اجلهالني في املجتمعات احمللية في عناتا، أبو هندي واخلان األحمر.

حلي اخليمة الفضةإن احللي في املجتمع البدوي وحسب التقاليد أكثر بكثير من مجرد تصميمات للزينة برمزيتها ومعانيها اخلفية. إن حلي املرأة البدوية تخبرنا قصة ثروتها، صحتها، مخاوفها وآمالها، هويتها وحياتها. فعالم احللي البدوية التقليدية غني وملئ باأللوان.

املصممون االيطاليون وكذلك الفنانون احملليون عملوا مع اخليمة الفضية ملساعدة العامالت في تصنيع احللي البدوية على حتسني تصاميمهن، وزيادة املعرفة واملهارات لديهن.

التعاون االيجابي بني التقاليد العريقة والرغبة اإلبداعية جتعل من املجموعات املنتجة من خالل اخليمة الفضية مجموعات انتقائية وفريدة، حيث كل قطعة من احللي البدوية جتسد التراث والثقافة.

The Silver Tent is a Palestinian handicraft centre established in 2011 in Anata (West Bank), as an income-generation project for Jahalin Bedouin women living in the outskirts of East Jerusalem. The initiative, promoted by the Italian NGO Vento di Terra in partnership with the Jerusalem Bedouin Cooperative Committee, fosters a model of development focused on the enhancement of the rights of women and children. The centre combines entrepreneurship with a social mission as it provides Jahalin women with an opportunity to earn a living by manufacturing and marketing handmade Bedouin jewelry.

At the same time, the sale of the jewelry is intended to provide financial support to educational and recreational services for Jahalin children in the communities of Anata, Abu Hindi and Khan al Ahmar. Silver Tent aims at upholding Fair Trade values, producing jewelry made with local and safe materials. The project empowers marginalised women by employing them in the production of

jewelry according to the ancient Bedouin tradition in working metals and stones.

The function of jewelry in Bedouin traditional society is much more than just ornamental with its designs, symbolism and hidden meanings. The jewelry of a woman tells her story, identity and life. The world of traditional Bedouin jewelry is rich and colorful. Italian designers as well as local artisans join forces with Silver Tent to help the jewel-makers in improving their design, know-how and skills.

The positive synergy between ancient tradition and creative urge makes the SILVER TENT collections eclectic and unique, where each piece of jewelry embodies Bedouin heritage and culture.

All the pieces are handmade by our women artisans using sustainable methods and materials,

mainly copper, aluminium, silver and stones.We also use silk dyed with natural pigments and cotton thread. Some pieces are manufactured

also with recycled mat

erials such as plastic and glass. All Silver Tent jewelry is 100% nickel.

FACTS ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY

Silver Tent strives to minimize any negative impact on society and the environment. Silver Tent aims at upholding Fair Trade values, producing jewellery made with local and safe materials. All the pieces are handmade by our women artisans using sustainable methods and materials, mainly copper, brass and sterling silver.

We also use stones purchased from local markets according to their availability, silk dyed with natural pigments and cotton thread. Some pieces are manufactured also with recycled materials such as plastic and glass. All Silver Tent jewellery is 100% nickel free.

حقائق عن مجوهراتنااخليمة الفضية تسعى جاهدة للحد من أي تأثير سلبي على املجتمع والبيئة. كما أنها تهدف إلى دعم قيم التجارة العادلة، وإنتاج

احللي املصنوعة من مواد محلية وآمنة. جميع القطع مصنوعة يدويا بواسطة نساء حرفيات باستخدام طرق ومواد مستدامة، وخاصة النحاس والفضة.

نحن نستخدم أيضا اخلرز واحلجار التي يتم شراؤها من األسواق احمللية حسب توافرها، وخيوط احلرير املصبوغ من اصباغ طبيعية والقطن. يتم تصنيع بعض القطع من املواد املعاد تدويرها مثل البالستيك والزجاج. كما ان جميع احللي في اخليمة

الفضية خالية من النيكل %100.
