INTRODUCCION

La Internet es una herramienta importante y fundamental para la actividad

empresarial, la industria y la educacin. La creacin de una red permite,conexin a Internet y requiere una cuidadosa planificacin. Aun para conectar

computadores personales e individuales, se deben considerar los recursos

necesarios para la conexin. Esto incluye el tipo de dispositivo que conecta el

PC a Internet, tal como una tarjeta de interfaz de red (NIC), Se deben

configurar protocolos o reglas antes para que un computador se pueda

conectar a Internet. Tambin es importante la seleccin correcta de un

navegador de web.

OBJETIVOS

Entender los conceptos sobre la conexin a internet.

Identificar los test de conexin para medir la velocidad de nuestro

acceso a internet.

Reconocer para qu sirven los valores que aparecen en la tabla de

trabajo.

PING: es una utilidad diagnstica1 en redes de computadoras que compruebael estado de la conexin del host local con uno o varios equipos remotos deuna red TCP/IP

VELOCIDAD DE BAJADA: La velocidad de bajada es la velocidad a la quedescargas las cosas de internet (archivos,musica). La velocidad de bajadadebe ser mayor a la de subida.

VELOCIDAD DE SUBIDA: Es la velocidad a la que se puede subir archivos yrealizar peticiones desde el ordenador hacia Internet.

DIRECCION IP: es una etiqueta numrica que identifica, de manera lgica yjerrquica, a un interfaz (elemento de comunicacin/conexin) de un dispositivo(habitualmente una computadora) dentro de una red que utilice el protocolo IP(Internet Protocol), que corresponde al nivel de red del protocolo TCP/IP.
