HI Mrs. Teacher!! I will start this letter to you by introducing myself so you can get to know me better. My name is Irma Bakija. I am 21 years old. I live with my family in Sarajevo. I am 3rd year of college.i have a sister. Her name is Elma, she is marri ed and has a cute 3 year old boy. My nephew’s name is Adin and he is the smartest little boy ever. Speaking about myself, I could say that I am very responsible and organized person willing to help other people. 1. I started learning English in Elementary school, when I was 4th grade. At the beginning, it was easy to learn some basic words sinc e I didn’t know any words before that. But when we started to learn grammar then the first problems appeared. We had to remember all the rules to be able to apply our knowledge in the sentences correctly. Also, the number of the new words was getting bigger and bigger. 2. I think the biggest problem for me was speaking. I was getting better in writing and grammar, but when I had to speak , it was taking me too long to make a correct sentences, because first I had to think about what I wanted to say. I could say the dictionary helped a lot with pronounciation and meaning of the words. I also started to watch tv on English language, so I was learning faster how to make a sentences and how to use my knowledge. But since I didn’t have an opportunity to use my English skills a lot, I think I still have a problem with speaking. 3. The skills that I think I am doing fine with are reading, grammar, writing and understanding when someone else is talking if is not too fast. 4. Speaking. 5. I guess I would have to speak more often English to be able to be confident in the future, because like with any other skill practice is the key, the more you practice the better you get at that skill. 6. Each class we can practice different skill. For speaking we can listen the radio, which is also good for understanding and grammar , and we can do dictation for writing. Also, it would be helpful to have all grammar rules on one sheet of paper, so we don’t have to lock in the book all the time.  HI Mrs. Teacher!!
