2. ANAMNESA Pasien datang ke UGD RSISA dengan penurunan
kesadaran (pingsan) setelah minum satu tablet obat DM dari RS,
sebelumnya pasien merasa gemetar dan keluar keringat dingin.
Sebelum pingsan pasien merasa mual namun tidak sampai muntah.
Karena keluhan ini pasien tidak nafsu makan. 2.3 Riwayat Penyakit
Dahulu Pasien pernah sakit sesak nafas seperti ini Riwayat
