Beat the eggs and 150 g. of sugar in a bowl Add the flour with salt and extra virgin olive oil to the eggs mixture Mix together until you get a soft dough Add some milk little by little, stir and prepare the apples Clean and peel the apples, cut them in square pieces and add them to
the dough already prepared Butter a pan and flour it Pour the mixture in the pan and sprinkle with some sugar Bake at 180 degrees
