TOTAL INSTALLED COST EQUALSTRADITIONAL STEEL PIPINGA comparison of costs clearly shows the sawing during the ser-vice life of the vessel.
HGP® GRP/GRE Piping system provide a long service life in the harsh marine environment. during the typical life of the vessel. metal pipe will need replacement two or three times.
GRE (Glass fiber Reinforced Epoxy) is highly Resistant to both internal and external corrosion without surface preparation or specila coating
HGP PIP can be installed much faster than steel pipe or alloy systems. HGP PIPES are easy to install and maintenance personnel can be quickly trained to cut and Complete a joint
Low maintenance cost HGP® GRP PIPE is easy to maintain because it dose not rust, is easily cleaned and requires minimal pro-tection from the environment.
Dimensional stability HGP® GRP PIPE composites can maintain the critical tolerances required of the most demanding structural and piping applications. The material stiffness, dimensional tolerance, weight, and cost criteria.
Corrosion resistanceHGP® GRP pipe systems are resistant to corrosion, both inside and out, in a wide range of fluid-handling applications. As a result, additional linings and exte-rior coatings are not required.
Strength-to-weight ratio HGP® GRP piping systems have excellent strength-to-weight properties. The ratio of strength per unit of weight of HGP® GRP com-posites is greater than that of iron, carbon, and stain-less steels
Electrical properties HGP® GRP pipe manufacturers offer conductive fiberglass piping systems for applica-tions of static electricity buildup when transporting certain fluids, such as fuel.
Lightweight. HGP® GRP pipe is approximately one-sixth the weight of similar steel products and one-tenth the weight of similar concrete products.
HGP® GRE PIPING SYSTEM FOR MARINE APPLICATION
PIPE SYSTEMFiberglass piping is used in most industries requir-ing corrosion-resistant pipe. FRP is used in vent and liquid applications which operate from -40 to 300F. Fiberglass piping can be constructed of resin which is resistant to acids.caustics or solvents. Abrasion-resistant materials can be added to the FRP Piping inside diameter liner and outside cover for eecellent slurry wear resis-tance. Fiber-glass pipe is readily available in DN15 through 3600
INTERNAL PRESSUREThe hydrostatic design basic (HDB) for internal pres-sure class is based on a long-term test performed in accordance with ASTM D2992 Procedure ‘B’ This method involves exposing a minimum of 18 speci-men of pipe to constant internal hydrostatic pres-sure at different pressure levels. If HDB test result is available. the value for hoop stress can be taken as the result of ASTM D1599
THERMAL EXPANSIONGRP PIPE may have different expansion rate in the hoop and axial directions. for example. a filament-wound pipe with a 55 winding angle has about the same thermal expansion as steel in the hoop direc-tion and about twice the thermal expansion as steel in the axial direction. The total expansion or contraction for a pipe system is determined using the following equation

HGP® GRE PIPE FOR INDUSTRIAL
COMPLETE PIPING SYSTEM SOLUTIONS
Construction of metalic is a well known problem on board of seagoing vessels And offfshore units. Corrosion occurs when the piping is part of seawater system; systems using acids, etc.
For Cleaning like evaporators and other Corrosive fluids. Traditionally, corroded Pipes are replaced from time to time By new pipes made of the same material. This means the defects is replaried, but the problem not solved. Future replacement of this spool is only a matter of time.

epoxy Pipe with intumescent coatingFor dry sevices where epoxy pipe is preferred, an outer layer of passive fire protection can be used.intumescent soatings can be applied in the field (unreinforced) or in the factory (reinforced or unreinforced) to provide the fire endur-ance needed. The coating also provides very high resistance to damage and may be considered for areas where the piping is vulnerable to impact.

fRee-fALL LifeboAt dAvitThis equipment is used to launch Free-fall life boat, and installed at stern of ship. Under IMO Pact, the installation of this equipment is mandatory for freight ship from July 2006. Free-fall lifeboat davit of BADA Heavy Industries is designed to ensure fast and safe rescue of human life, conforming to the recent standard of SO-LAS. It is the most excellent launching equipment with high reliability and stability from mechanical and structural perspective.
Life/ResCUe boAt dAvit (Hinged gRAvity tyPe)This is installed on both side of ship and is the lifesaving and salvaging equipment installed universally in various ships, launching and pulling up lifeboat, and rescue ship safety from the water through the Fall and Winch.
ResCUe boAt/Life RAft dAvit (CoMbined tyPe)Rescue boat and life-raft combined type davit. It operates both rescue & raft launching with maximum working load at raft full weight. Designed by SOLAS rules as amended. Using remote control wire, crew can operate release system. For emergency, hydraulic accumulator will be replaced the electric force.
off-sHoRe LifeboAt dAvitOffshore lifeboat davit is essential to have high-qualities securing best safety. BADA offshore davits have been tested in several harsh conditions and satisfied our par-ticular customers.
