Az NE555 idzt
Az 555-s IC-t a Signetics (jelenleg NXP, korbban Philips) fejlesztette ki 1971-ben, Hans Camenzind terve alapjn.
Az eredeti cl egy olyan oszcilltor volt, amire teljesl, hogy:
a frekvencijt kls elemekkel (R, C) lehet belltani,
tpfeszltsg- s hmrskletfggetlen.
Vgl egy ltalnos idzt ramkr kszlt el, ami taln a legnagyobb pldnyszmban eladott IC: 2003 tjn vi 1 millird darabot gyrtottak belle (Fairchild, Maxim, Motorola, ST, TI, NXP).

Az NE555 felptse A funkcionlis felpts s a lbkioszts az albbi brn lthat (a lbkiosztsnl mindig az IC fellnzeti rajzt adjk meg). Az IC elnevezse a 3 db 5 kohmos ellenlls miatt lett 555
Trigger: ha alacsony, 1-be lltja az RS flip-flopot, s a kimenet magas lesz. Reset: ha alacsony, trli az RR flip-flopot, a kimenet alacsony lesz. Mi nem hasznljuk. Control Voltage: A Threshold bemenet billensi szintje ellenrizhet, illetve mdosthat vele. Threshold: Ha szintje magasabb a belltott kszbnl (2/3*VCC, vagy Control) akkor visszabillenti az RS flip-flopot, a kimenet alacsony lesz. Discharge: A kls idzt kondenztor kistsre hasznlhat nyitott kollektoros kimenet. Akkor aktv, ha a kimenet magas.
Ground: A tpegysg kzs pontja (fld). +VCC: Tpfeszltsg (4,5 15 V) Output: kimenet (0-15V / max. 200 mA).

Ha a kimenet alacsony, LED1 vilgt. Ha a kimenet magas, akkor pedig L2 vilgt. Alaphelyzetben (bekapcsolskor) a kimenet alacsony (LED1 vilgt)

A DISCHARGE (kists) kimenet, ami az NE555 7-es lba, egy tranzisztor kollektorhoz van ktve (nyitott kollektoros kimenet). A tranzisztor bzisa az RS flip-flop invertlt kimenetre csatlakozik. Amikor az RS flip-flop alaphelyzetbe kerl, a tranzisztor vezet. Ha az RS flip-flop aktv llapotba billen (triggerels utn), akkor pedig a tranzisztor lezr (nem vezet).
Ohmmrvel ellenrizhetjk a vezetst, a 2. bra szerint.
