‘Hong Kong Wine Journey’and《Wine.Luxe》magazine present the Food & Wine Pairing Restaurant Awards 2016. Food experts, sommeliers and experienced catering professionals visit the restaurants anonymously to experience and judge the service and knowledge of sommeliers and the pairing of wine with food. The Top Ten restaurants will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the Wine & Spirits fair. The following restaurants are going to offer food and wine pairing menu during the campaign period.
