HOWTOCOMPLETETHEONLINESCHOLARSHIPAPPLICATION
Weareawaresomequestionslistedbelowwerepreviouslyrequested,howeverthereisnowaytoimporttheanswerstothisphaseoftheapplicationprocess.Pleasefillouttheapplicationinfull.
Youcansavethisapplicationatanytimebyselectingthe“SaveApplication”buttononthebottomofthescreen.
1. Gotothelogonpageatwww.doyonfoundation.com/scholarships.
2. Entertheemailaddressandpasswordyoucreatedduringthe“CreateNewAccount”processOR,ifyouareanexistingscholarshiprecipient,logonusingyouremailaddressandpassword.Click“LogOn.”
3. Onthe“ApplicantDashboard,”click“Apply”intheupperleftcorner.4. Ifyouhavealreadystartedanapplication,andsavedittoreturntolater,click“ViewApplication”in
themiddleofthescreen.
5. Onthe“Apply”page,entertheaccesscodeyoureceivedinyourshareholderverificationemail,andclick“EnterCode.”Youshoulddisregardthe“QuickSearch”bar.
6. Youwillnowseethescholarshipscurrentlyavailabletoapplyfor.Tobegintheapplication,clickthe“Apply”buttonnexttothescholarshipyouwishtoapplyfor.
7. Youarenowonthe“Application”page.SelectyourDoyon,LimitedEnrollmenttype.8. SelectyourTypesofShares(thisreferstothetypeofDoyon,Limitedenrollmentclasssharesyouor
yourparenthold).a. Ifunsureofyourclass,clickthelinkprovidedtoseeclassenrollmentdescriptions.b. Ifyouarestillunsure,contactDoyon,LimitedShareholderRelationsat907.459.2040.
9. SelectYesorNoifyouarerelatedtoaDoyonFoundationboardmember.ViewthelinkprovidedforacurrentlistofDoyonFoundationboardmembers,ifneeded.
10. SelectYesorNoifyouhavereceivedascholarshipfromDoyonFoundationpreviously.11. SelectYesorNoifyouattendedanyschoolsincehighschool.
12. Scrolldowntothe“PersonalData”section.13. Select“Yes”or“No”toconfirmthatyouintendtoapplyforthisspecificscholarship.14. EnterStudentID(thesearetheuppercaseinitials of your first and last name followed by the last four
digits of your social security number).15. EnteryourDateofBirth(MM/DD/YYYY).16. SelectGender.17. EnterMaidenName,ifapplicable.

23. Scrolldownto“SchoolData”section.24. Selecttheschoolyouplantoattendfromthedrop-downlist.Youcanalsotypeintheschool’s
nameifnotlisted.25. SelectYesorNoifyouhavebeenacceptedtotheschool.26. Enteryourexpecteddateofgraduation.27. Uploadproofofacademicenrollment(acceptanceletterandclassschedule).Ifacceptanceletter
hasalreadybeenprovidedtoDoyonFoundation,itdoesnotneedtoberesubmitted.However,DoyonFoundationrequiresaclassscheduleeachsemester.
