Step 1: Go to the website

Step 2: Click on “中国学位认证”

Step 3: Click here to do registration

Step 4: Creat your account

Click “发送验证码 ”, then this system will send identifying code to your phone, please fill in what you have received

Click “我接受” Click here to upload your Chinese ID Card Scan Copy or Passport Bio Page Scan Copy (Pay attention, this scan copy should be the same certificate copy as what you chose in Type of Certificate Item)

Click “提交”

Click “认证申请” to apply for report

Click here to agree and accept

Step 5: Fill out every field

Chinese Name (Same as what in your Chinese ID Card or Passport), if you have no Chinese Name, please leave it blank

Step 6: Fill in what you want to do verification

Please choose “高等教育”, then “本科阶段”

Please just choose ONE from these three choices “本科在读证明(Study Certificate from NYU Shanghai, detailing your name, passport information, date of birth, admission year, registration for completed and following semester, anticipated graduation date, N number, net ID, major, what is your degree you are studying for, etc ) or 本科在读成绩单(Transcript from NYU Shanghai) or 本科录取通知书 (Admission Notice from NYU Shanghai)” (Please refer to slide 9-11 for more information for how to fill the form based on every choice)

Step 6A: Fill in what you want to do verificationIf you choose “本科在读证明”, please fill the information as below

Only choose “在读证明英文认证报告”(it will charge you 260 RMB)

Please choose “全日制”

Please choose “上海市”

After you click “选择”, you will come to this window, then please write “上海纽约大学”. And it will not be in the list. You need to click “不在列表中” with the Circle Yellow HightlightWrite your Major’s Chinese Name

Write your Major’s English Name

Duration of your study “From which year to which year”

Upload 1. Your original study certificate scan copy (Both in Chinese and English versions, detailing your name, passport information, date of birth, admission year, registration for completed and following semester, anticipated graduation date, N number, net ID, major, what is your degree you are studying for, etc ); 2. Student ID booklet or Admission Notice from NYU Shanghai

Please note: You only can apply for the verification report for your NYU Shanghai’s Student’s Academic Transcript.

Step 3: Pay the fee in the bank

Use the following information during filling postal order:
