    CHEMCOSORB U-seriesCHEMCOSORB U-series packings are prepared from special silica with extremely large surface area (6nm pore,

    600 m2/g). With this property of base material and our modification process, CHEMCOSORB U-series results in

    more retentive and unique phase than other bland column. Wide range of chemical phase, ODS, C8, Diphenyl,

    TMS, CN, NH2 and Si are available.

    CHEMCOSORB 5-ODS-UH has very high carbon content (30%), using high surface area base material and

    special modification process. This unique ODS phase has high capacity and resolution, and is particularly

    effective not only precise separation of oils, fats and low polarity samples but also highly polar water soluble

    samples, which are difficult to discriminate with conventional ODS phase. It is suitable for isomeric separation of

    organic compounds and gradient elution of modified amino acids. Comparison of hydrophobic retention for other

    brand ODS phase is shown in Fig-1.

    CHEMCOSORB 5-ODS-UH, the best material for scale up.

    The retentive property of CHEMCOSORB 5-ODS-UH gives advantage in preparative chromatography. As shownin Fig-2, extremely large capacity of CHEMCOSORB 5-ODS-UH enables to load more concentrated sample than

    other ODS columns, while maintaining good resolution under over load condition. In preparative

    chromatography, CHEMCOSORB 5-ODS-UH is the best alternative to reduce total production cost and achieve

    efficient separation.

    CHEMCOBONDTMCHEMCOBOND series packings are prepared from ultra pure silica gel that is

    obtained by sol-gel technology. Due to its narrow particle size distribution,

    CHEMCOBOND series give lower column back pressure than CHEMCOSORB. Peakshape for basic and chelateing solute are improved because of excellent endcaping

    and metal free silica gel. ( Chemical phase; ODS, C8, NH2 and OH2 (diol), Particle

    diameter; 3.5 m, 5 m, Pore diameter; 10 nm )

    CHEMCOBOND ODS-W is specially designed ODS phase for polar solute separationin aqueous mobile phase. By optimizing silica pore size and ODS coverage, this

    phase allows to use highly aqueous mobile phase for separation of polar solutes with

    good retention reproducibility.

    suitable for high throughput HPLC separation. It reduces the actual analysis time in

    is still maintained. In addition, the ultimate end capping and pure silica gel enableexcellent peak shape for basic and/ or chelating samples.

    Fig-1 shows the chromatogram of 8 test solutes including basic and chelating
