situations in their romantic relationships.” Although Dr. Mumbo Jumbo does not consider himself a

romantic relationship expert, being a Guy all of his life, he does claim to have valuable insight on how,

why and when Guys think, feel and act the way they do in romantic relationships. He believes you’ll

• All participants must complete a Registration Request

• Boot Camp is intended for emotionally and mentally healthy, stable women capable of listening, discussing,learning and drawing their own conclusions. All

participants agree that Dr. Mumbo Jumbo & Staff are not in any way responsible for a participants’ mental and emotional condition.

• Participants may withdraw from the seminar with a full refund anytime before the lunch break on Day 1.

• Participants agree to exit the seminar immediately, with a full refund, forfeiting all seminar materials upon the request of Dr. Mumbo Jumbo staff for any reason they

deem necessary.

• Participants retain all rights to their intellectual capital, performances, comments and/or endorsements, but grant Dr. Mumbo Jumbo an unrestricted license to use

anything shared for future seminars with similar purposes.

Registration - Selection, Cost

Participant Selection:

Openings for each Boot Camp are limited. Participants will be selected based on availability,

responses to the registration questions and other considerations required to help protect high

profile clients from unsolicited media attention. The Boot Camp is not open to the general

public. All participants must receive a personal invitation from Dr. Mumbo Jumbo, his team,

past Boot Camp attendees or directly by someone who has received an invitation. You haveto know somebody! The only exception is if it is a gift from a Guy who knows you well:

1. Family member,

2. Romantic partner

3. Close friend

Guy Gift Requests must include the following two things:

1. What he is willing to spend. (Cost of a nice, new outfit for you,including shoes)

2. A 60 second video explaining what he’s going to do to support you if

you’re selected to attend.




Registration - Selection, Cost

Boot Camp Cost

There is not a uniform price for the Boot Camp. It’s similar to the emotional and financial

investment you make when you’re shopping for a nice, new outfit to show off your best you

for a special occasion. The cost is whatever you would normally spend for that new,

nice outfit including shoes!

The variance in tuition helps to insure that cost is not a barrier to participation for anyone.

This also requires each participant to be “honest” with herself and Dr. Mumbo Jumbo and

make an “investment” to improve her Dating a Guy skills. Dr. Mumbo Jumbo believes that if

a woman isn’t willing to be “honest” and make a meaningful “investment” they won’t get

that much from the Boot Camp and would enjoy the new outfit more.

10% of tuition costs will be donated to the “charity” that receives the most participant votes atthe end of Day 2. Participants can choose from charities recommended by the Dr. Mumbo

Jumbo team or introduce new charities to the list.

Personal Requirements

Dr. Mumbo Jumbo’s, “How to Date a Dream Guy - (While Being the Girl of Your Dreams) is designed for “Dreams Girls not Average

Janes”. Meaning women, who are actively pursuing their “Dream Life” scenario and are unwilling to accept a “Settle For” scenario

written by themselves, family/friends or societies’ statistics.

Requirement # 1 You must complete the Registration Request.

Requirement # 2 You must currently be emotionally and mentally stable, fully responsible for the conclusions you draw and changes

you implement in your life.

Requirement # 3 You must agree that you are capable, willing and responsible for deciding if you should leave the Boot Camp and

seek professional help.

Requirement # 4 You must acknowledge you recognize that the opinions and advice of Dr. Mumbo Jumbo and his team, are only

opinions and advice, AND that you assume full responsibility for any and all consequences on how you choose to

respond or not respond. In other words, you agree not to sue Dr. Mumbo Jumbo and his team for their opinions and

advice. (Sorry this is required for the crazy and litigious people.)

Requirement # 5 You must be willing to have a positive attitude and be considerate to the other participants and the Dr. Mumbo

Jumbo Team.

Requirement # 6 You agree to leave the Boot Camp immediately upon the request of the Dr. Mumbo Jumbo Team with a full refund,

surrendering all Boot Camp materials.

Requirement # 7 You must be committed to being your Dream Girl in your Dream Life.




Registration Refund Policy…

Refund Policy

Participants may receive a full refund under the following conditions:

1. You elect to withdraw anytime before the lunch break on Day 1.

2. You are requested to leave the Boot Camp by the Dr. Mumbo JumboTeam.

The Fine Print

Participants agree that all Dr. Mumbo Jumbo intellectual property, materials, performances, comments and/or endorsements belong to

SHARELOVE LLC and may not be re-used without written permission.

Participants understand that the Boot Camp or portions thereof may be video taped for instructional and commercial purposes. Pleaseindicate on the Registration Request if you do not wish to be included in public video clips.

Participants retain all rights to their intellectual capital, performances, comments and/or endorsements, but grant Dr. Mumbo Jumbo an

unrestricted license to use anything shared in group sessions for future seminars with similar purposes.
