    TECHNOLOGY

    The Power Armor System integrates the principles of gravitational acceleration and the high-repulsion properties of Titanium. The edge of the frame top is reduced to minimize distortion and maximize control.

    The result, Armortec racquets generate more speed, better face stability and provide a robust „metallic feel“ on impact.

    The new YONEX structural fabric „Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube“ resembles multilayered cups uniformly stacked together providing increased durability when compared with standard Carbon Nanotubes. It also has the added benefit of improved flexibility allowing the frame to return back its original shape faster. By positioning the „Cup- Stack Carbon Nanotube“ technology at the sides of the racquet, the frame elasticity holds the shuttle on the string for enhanced control at the point of impact.

    YONEX Nanoscience achieves precise control over racquet functions at the molecular level.     The ARCSABER10 is adopted high modulus graphite „Super HMG“ which has been integrated into the outside of frame to produce a high repulsion power.

    Hybrid Frame, the combination of „CS CARBON NANOTUBE“ inside and „Super HMG“ outside the frame, makes it possible to control a hard shot with flexibility and repulsion power.

    The shaft is made from „UltraPEF - Ultra Poly Ethylene Fiber“ which has stickness and high shock absorption. The material is extremely light enough to float on water, and the 1 inch across is able to hang up about 20 tons. The telling shot which is requested by advanced-level players and the high repulsion by stretching and recovering its shape are achieved.

    The new thinner frame reduces unwanted air resistance found in conventional racquets helping players to smash with greater speed.

    The new lightweight Built-in T-Joint is manufactured from an epoxy resin material that enhances the level of quality and performance by increasing the stability of the shuttle on the string bed and through the air.

    The „Control Support Cap“ has been made thinner to reduce air friction whilst still providing an area for racquet control allowing maximum manoeuverability.
