TECHNOLOGY

The Power Armor System integrates the principles of gravitational acceleration and the high-repulsion properties of Titanium. The edge of the frame top is reduced to minimize distortion and maximize control.

The new YONEX structural fabric „Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube“ resembles multilayered cups uniformly stacked together providing increased durability when compared with standard Carbon Nanotubes. The ARCSABER10 is adopted high modulus graphite „Super HMG“ which has been integrated into the outside of frame to produce a high repulsion power.

Hybrid Frame, the combination of „CS CARBON NANOTUBE“ inside and „Super HMG“ outside the frame, makes it possible to control a hard shot with flexibility and repulsion power.

The shaft is made from „UltraPEF - Ultra Poly Ethylene Fiber“ which has stickness and high shock absorption. The material is extremely light enough to float on water, and the 1 inch across is able to hang up about 20 tons. The telling shot which is requested by advanced-level players and the high repulsion by stretching and recovering its shape are achieved.

The new thinner frame reduces unwanted air resistance found in conventional racquets helping players to smash with greater speed.

The new lightweight Built-in T-Joint is manufactured from an epoxy resin material that enhances the level of quality and performance by increasing the stability of the shuttle on the string bed and through the air.

Unlike ordinary racquets which seat the string on an angled surface, Muscle Power seats the string on rounded archways that eliminate string stress-load and fatigue through contact friction. 3-LAYERYONEX developed this material to raise further the already high performance of the YONEX Power Cushion. The 3-Layer Power Cushion absorbs shock across its entire 3-layer construction. The hard top and bottom layers of the 3-Layer Power Cushion absorb 30 % more shock than our original Power Cushion for more comfort and 5 % more repulsion for enhanced transfer of energy in support of body movements. The soft middle layer quickly returns to its original shape after receiving

a shock load, converting the shock energy into power that assists players into their next movement for fast and light footwork.

Created for agile and stable footwork, the Hexagrip pattern is made from a newly-developed material that provides 3% more gripping power and is 20% lighter than an ordinary material.

The Lateral Claw construction provides more stability to support quick movement into your next step. The construction stabilizes the sides of the feet to prevent lateral movement upon landing. This performance transfers more power into next step.

The corners of the base are rounded off meaning the new shoe last fits the sole shape better. The new Insole POWER CUSHION MCF was designed for the new shoe providing a very good and solid fit. The midsole is also manufactured in the same shape to firmly support the insole. You can feel the integration between your feet and the shoes providing nifty footwork with no wasted energy.

Scientifically contoured, the Ergoshape provides more comfort and stability in the forefoot and toe area of the shoe.

Super light-weight and durable, this ultra-fine mesh provides 8 times more air-exchange performance than ordinary mesh for maximum moisture release.

By combining Power Graphite with E.V.A., YONEX creates a lightweight shoe provideing high stability.
