    Distribution Model

    5

The Agent method of kiosks expansion leads to creation of an extensivenetwork of kiosks that covers different regions and cities within ashort time period.

Agents are represented by small and mid-sized businesses. They purchasethe kiosks for further profit generation, which results from therendering payment acceptance services for mass Payers. In somecases iCAN may independently perform as an Agent.

The iCAN pays Agents fees in amount of 0,5-5% (for example) of everytransaction. The Agents usually recoup kiosk investment within a timeperiod of 7-8 months of its operation.

Agents are motivated to increase the turnover of kiosks; therefore, thebest places to install them are considered places of mass gatherings. These places include hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, gas stations, train stations, airports, universities, business centers, post offices, bus stops pharmacies, etc.

Along with Agents who operates 1-2 kiosks (such as the owners of smallshops), the market offers huge potential for professional andspecialized Agent networks. The owners of such Agent networks may

have hundreds kiosks and present simultaneously in several cities.Usually, they targeted most populated places in the city to install theirkiosks.

There is competition between Agents regarding the presence of theirkiosks in the most populated areas. Due to Agents motivation tobecome closer to the customer the number of kiosks grows, and, as aresult the kiosks become a very comfortable and accessible paymenttool.
