From the desk of National President Shalom, Kembali kita bertemu setelah satu bulan berlalu di tahun 2015 dengan kita melewati bulan Januari 2015. Waktu sungguh berlalu begitu cepat, kita berkejaran dengannya dan selalu kalah. Indeed time flies!
Tuhan Yesus Memberkati. Tonny Soetjoadi National President ICCC Indonesia www.iccc-indonesia.com

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Ranked as Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review DreamMaker Ranked 12th in Home Services for the
2015 Top 200 List
WACO, TX--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) -
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market
research firm, announced that DreamMaker Bath
& Kitchen joins the elite list of companies earning
a spot in its annual Top 200 Franchise Companies
List. The list, entitled The Best of the Best, Top 200
Franchise Systems List for 2015, ranked hundreds of
participating franchise companies by their overall
levels of franchise owner satisfaction.
DreamMaker was ranked 12th in home services.
In pure revenue terms, American remodeling
spending is expected to grow from $293 billion in
2013 to $383.7 billion by 2018, according to the
Home Improvement Research Institute and IHS
Global Insight.
"We are extremely excited about our ranking,"
said President and Chief Stewarding Officer Doug
Dwyer. "This reflects our own view of our
business. Our franchisees are really enjoying what
they do and we expect to have substantial growth
in 2015 with the current market conditions."
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is a full-service
interior remodeling franchise that helps
remodelers or those who want to start their own
businesses to earn higher profits while also
improving their quality of life. Franchise owners
enjoy much stronger margins than most
remodelers -- and their customers report much,
much higher satisfaction. DreamMaker's business
practices are guided by biblical principles of
service, respect and integrity.
The Franchise Business Review Top 200 ranking
puts DreamMaker into an elite group of the best
franchise companies in the country. Only
companies with excellent fundamentals, great
financial position and high franchisee satisfaction
scores earn a spot in the ranking. More than 3,000
companies franchise in the United States.
To select its top 200, the franchise magazine
surveyed 28,500 franchisees from 350 brands that
have at least 10 franchises in North America. The
survey ascertained franchisees' thoughts on
financial opportunity, training and support,
leadership, operations and product development,
core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of

franchisor), general satisfaction and the franchisee
community.
Research by the Joint Center of Housing Studies
of Harvard University, drawn from the Census
Bureau's American Housing Survey, shows that
remodeling activity peaks for homes that are
between 25 and 30 years old, trails off slightly,
then stays at a relatively high level as homes
continue to age. An unprecedented number of
American homes are either in, or entering, those
peak remodeling years. The total number of U.S.
households has doubled since 1970, with the bulk
of those homes having been built in the 1970s,
'80s and '90s. Therefore, there are tens of millions
of homes with remodeling needs.
4 Simple Steps to a New Financial Beginning by Austin Pryor The start of a new year is a terrific time to begin
your journey toward financial security and
investing success by making it a priority to pay off
credit cards, car loans, and other short-term
debts. That’s right, the first financial fitness test
you need to pass is the "debt" test. Webster’s
says that debt is anything you’re "bound to pay or
perform; the state of owing something." Using that
definition, very few Americans are free of debt.
Why is getting debt-free the first step toward a
sound investing strategy? Because it’s unwise to
take on the risks that come with investing unless
you have staying power. That means you don’t
want to be in a position where circumstances
unrelated to your investment strategy force you to
sell your holdings and use the money elsewhere,
such as for interest and debt payments. Also, for
Christians, debts are moral as well as legal
obligations and they must be honorably met no
matter the circumstances.
The late Dr. D. James Kennedy once gave a
sermon in which he read a poem called "The
Land of Beginning Again." He then presented
Christ as the King of the Land of Beginning Again.
All of us have experienced our share of errors,
failures, and missed opportunities. We all have
things that we would do differently if given a
second chance. What wonderful news that, in
Christ, the slate is wiped clean and we do have
the opportunity of beginning again.
In a similar fashion, many who have become
weighed down by debt wish they could get free.
They have learned that the satisfaction that
comes with spending is brief indeed compared to
the pressure of making monthly payments which
often go on for years. For some, it seems
hopeless. You may sometimes feel this way
yourself.
A friend of mine likes to say that the most
powerful force in the universe (humanly speaking,
of course) is singleness of purpose. Individuals or
groups, no matter how determined, disciplined, or
talented, will never realize their potential for
growth and accomplishment without singleness of
purpose. Their time, money, and energies must
be focused on common goals. One thing that
successful people seem to have in common is an
emphasis on — perhaps that’s putting it too
lightly, make that an obsession about — setting
goals.
Without singleness of purpose and specific goals,
we can become like the person Scripture
describes as double-minded. "That man should
not think he will receive anything from the Lord;
he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he
does" (James 1:7-8). So let me encourage you to
engage in a meaningful goal-setting exercise as
you work to get debt-free. Here are some
suggestions for effective goal-setting in any area
of life; adapt them to your financial situation.
Page 4
• Set goals that are consistent with God’s Word.
Many successful people have accomplished
much, yet remain unhappy. Having singleness of
purpose toward the wrong goals only leads to
wrong results. Examine your motivations, as well
as your actions, in the light of God’s wisdom.
• Ask God for His guidance. This is not the same
as having scripturally sound goals. This has more
to do with having the wisdom needed to set the
right personal priorities. God promises to guide us
if we’re willing to submit to Him (Prov. 3:5-6). It’s
not: "Show me Your will, Lord, so I can decide if
I’m willing." Rather, it’s: "Before You even reveal
Your will to me, Lord, the answer is yes."
• If married, set your goals together. If two people
have become "one flesh," it’s critical that they
have a singleness of purpose in their commitment
toward common goals. Few areas will so quickly
affect a couple’s relationship as a financial plan
that limits their spending freedom because it
brings mutually conflicting goals into the open. If
you can’t reach a meeting of the minds on what
your priorities should be, perhaps the marriage
relationship itself needs some work.
• Put your goals in writing, signing your name and
date. This helps cement in your thinking that you
really have made a firm commitment of your will
to achieving your goals. It is also helpful to have
your goals posted where you will see them daily
as additional motivation to stay the course when
the inevitable temptations to compromise arise.
Nya.” (Maleakhi 3: 17-18)
KEYAKINAN IMAN ICCC: Satu-satunya TUHAN pencipta segala sesuatu
dalam kesatuan Trinitas: Bapa, Anak, dan Roh
Kudus.
Keilahian TUHAN Yesus Kristus. Kelahiran-Nya
dari rahim seorang Perawan. Karya penebusan dosa manusia melalui kematian-Nya diatas kayu
salib. Kebangkitan-Nya. Hak otoriatas diri-Nya

Walking out the Will of God! Wednesday, November 19, 2014 (1:00 pm)

1 Thes 5:14-18 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
The apostle Paul's epistle to the Thessalonians contains clear and powerful exhortations concerning the will of God for believers. These exhortations express the specific will of God in relationships with others, with ourselves, and with the Lord. Packed into these short verses are patterns of life and behavior which receive His blessing in all these relationships.
"Warn them that are unruly"; people who are idle, undisciplined, pleasure seeking, need to know the danger they are in.
"Comfort the feebleminded"; comfort people who are disheartened; come alongside them with brotherly affection and encouraging words, and pray for them.
"Support the weak"; our natural tendency is to despise and neglect weaker people, to stay away from them since they have nothing to offer us, and can damage our reputation. Yeshua (Jesus) says no, find them, and lift them up however you can.
Page 6
"Be patient toward all men"; realizing how patient God is with you, and that "patient" is the first thing that love is, [1 Cor. 13:4]. It means waiting in love and hope, with prayer, for people to see what they need to see, do what they need to do, change how they need to change.
"See that none render evil for evil;" do not allow evil men in this world to corrupt your own behavior and character. This is a constant temptation throughout life because evil people are everywhere, including the church.
"Follow that which is good"; being and doing good of every kind is our lifelong mandate as believers; there are millions of ways to obey it. This is God's will for us toward all men – even those who don't deserve it!
"Rejoice evermore"; Yeshua has rescued your eternity from unspeakable misery and pain to everlasting joy and pleasure. The constant reality of your life is undergirded by an ecstatic future forever. You can afford to be quite happy about it.
"Pray without ceasing"; 'impossible', you say. Given the fact that your relationship with the Lord is wide open to communication with Him 24/7, why not continually include Him in your words and thoughts?
"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you"; gratitude is a life saver, apart from being the most appropriate response to having been created, redeemed, and blessed by our loving Lord. Thankfulness in all things turns you into the beautiful soul your were intended to be. Gratitude in the midst of suffering is a special perfume for the Lord.
The will of God is not so hard to figure out when we read these simple statements. Just obeying these exhortations is enough to do for a lifetime. Wherever the Lord calls you, He calls you to this lifestyle. God's Holy Spirit inspired these words, and He alone gives the power to carry them out. Our part is to believe and act, He will fill us as we do.
