Practice• Form 3 groups1. DAAL: Which countries were our biggest

exchange partners on ICX side in 2010? List them together and also separated by pools?

2. AFT: Which countries are the main DT-MT-TT-ET EP providers currently? List the top 5 from every pool!

3. AFT: You need 3 EPs from India, Brazil, China, Poland and Germany. Which are the top exchanger LCs in these countries that you should directly contact?

• Entering a TN form on myaiesec.net:

• Exchange ->TN ->Add TN form

• Add organisation / search organisation

• Choose the contact, the pool, fill the TN form

Before changing form to 'available' status check:

• Whether Job description is clear and its easy to understand the full picture of internship

• All the form fields are filled completely and there are no empty spaces (KLPs, Measurable results)

• TN forms raised in AIESEC as CEED are breaking XPPs – it’s not applicable to have such forms in the system!

• Type of internship should be decided according to the JD of internship (not by organization type, background expected from intern etc.)

Before changing form to 'available' status check:

• Data entered in TN form follows it’s template, additional information can be added in a separate attached file

• Reception booklet should be attached to every TN form!

• Salary is enough for the internship• You marked proper amount of:

– backgrounds (max. 3 required, 3 preferred)– Skills (max. 20)

(valid for 10 days)• For the company: EP form +

CV (~3) + interview• Company can refuse a

maximum of 3 proper interns• If the intern is selected: TN
