Introduction of HQs strongest Sales Departmen t
Experienced personnel become lecturers and hold study groups twice a week. Every day we strive for self-improvement. (Electricity, air conditioners, Firefighting, hygiene etc.)
Since we have many foreign-affiliated customers, bilingual employees become teachers and hold English conversation study group once a week.
Aiming to improve their English capabilities, this has received high praise from employees.
On the 11th of November 2018, 24 people from 18 close tenant broker companies participated in our club. Seminar on "Countermeasures for leasing troubles" and "Situation of trouble occurrences in buildings" was held with the know-how gained being well received. Afterwards, we held an social gathering were, utilizing our network, we actively exchanged information.
On the 22nd of November, 2018, 14 people from 11 close tenant broker companies participated. Using documents prepared by our legal advisor we held a seminar on "brokerage troubleshooting" and "examples of problems with tenants" followed with great success. Afterwards, we held a social gathering were we deepened our friendships and expanded our brokerage network.
At Shin-ei we are investing our utmost effort into attracting new tenants. On the 6th of December 2018, 22 people, from
16 close tenant broker companies particiated in the “Tenant Broker Club”.
For the first half, our advisory lawyer held a seminar on the "basic understanding concerning termination of real estate
lease contracts" and "about the approval of passage of public roads through private land".
Held by our experienced facility engineers, a study group in the form of a case study allowed us to solve many examples on
"Tenant Problems", proving to be very popular.
For the latter half there was a social gathering, deepening friendship and further expanding the personal connections
necessary for Real Estate.
