Novi izdelki sistemov avtomatizacije Rittal Automation Systems Poslovna enota “Rittal Automation Systems” razširja ponudbo ročnega orodja za nadzorne in stikalne sisteme, ki je bila predstavljena jeseni 2015.
Poslovna enota “Rittal Automation Systems” razširja ponudbo ročnega orodja za nadzorne in stikalne sisteme, ki je bila predstavljena jeseni 2016. To vključuje izvijače, rezalnike, škarje, stiskalne klešče, klešče za kabelske priključke in tudi luknjače za pločevino ter hidravlične luknjače. Kot proizvajalec popolne opreme za nadzorne in stikalne sisteme Rittal strankam ponuja popolno opremo za vse oddelke delovnega procesa - od ročnega orodja do popolnoma avtomatiziranih naprav.
Oddelek sistemov avtomatizacije Rittal Automation Systems je na sejmu v Hannovru predstavil širok izbor orodja in naprav za nadzorne in stikalne sisteme. To obsega vse od enostavnih izvijačev, klešč in drugega ročnega orodja do polavtomatskih naprav za priklop kablov in popolnoma samodejnih obdelovalnih strojev za ohišja in plošče. Izdelki so opremljeni tudi s sistemi za bolj ergonomično upravljanje.
Z novim ročnim orodjem Rittal zdaj izpolnjuje vse potrebe delovnega procesa. To zajema vse od mehanskih delov ohišja in namestitvenih plošč do ožičenja in izdelovanja izrezov za kabelske uvodnice z uporabo ročnih hidravličnih luknjačev in vrtalnikov za pločevino.
Boljša ergonomija v delavniciČeprav se proizvodnja nadzorne in stikalne opreme večinoma usmerja na izdelavo popolnoma avtomatiziranih rešitev, je vseeno potrebnega tudi veliko ročnega dela, kot je rokovanje z deli ohišja, montažnimi ploščami ali sistemi klimatizacije. Takšno delo je lahko težko in fizično naporno. Sistemi avtomatizacije Rittal Automation Systems zdaj ponujajo ergonomično orodje za varno in lažje opravljanje tovrstnih nalog. Na primer plošče in nosilce lahko enostavno prenašate z vozičkom za shranjevanje in transport LT 1000. Večnamensko dvigalo MH 500 olajša dviganje težkih delov, kot so opremljene in ožičene montažne plošče ali hladilne naprave.
Popolnoma avtomatizirane rešitveMehanske procese, kot je namestitev naprav ali montažnih plošč v ohišje, lahko opravite tudi v delavnici. Rittal ponuja “Perforex” obdelovalne centre za rezkanje in lasersko obdelavo. Luknje, izreze in navoje lahko hitro in natančno izdelate neposredno v ohišju, sestavnih delih ohišja ali na montažnih ploščah.
Enako velja tudi za razrez strešnih vodil in kabelskih uvodnic na določeno dolžino. Proizvajalci nadzorne in stikalne opreme lahko uporabijo popolnoma avtomatiziran rezalnik Secarex AC 15 ali ročni rezalnik, ki ju ponuja Rittal Automation Systems. Nova Rittal

poslovna enota ponuja polavtomatske ali avtomatske naprave za razrezovanje, odstranjevanje izolacije in stiskanje kablov. Obseg orodja vključuje tudi pripomočke in potrošni material, kot so tulci za kable – ohlapni ali posneti. Na ta način lahko kable v ohišje priključite hitro in kakovostno.
Z razširitvijo ponudbe in z dodajanjem programa ročnega orodja Rittal razširja poslovno enoto Rittal Automation Systems, s čimer je postal dobavitelj popolne opreme za nadzorne in stikalne sisteme. S tem Rittal zagotavlja opremo za celoten proces proizvodnje stikalne in nadzorne opreme – od načrtovanja do delavnice in proizvodnje.

COMPACT IP67 CONTROLLER WITH CODESYS 3
Turck's robust TBEN-L-PLC compact controller enables the creation of modular machine concepts for Industry 4.0 without the need for a control cabinet
Turck is presenting its TBEN-PLC Codesys 3 controller as a compact IP67 PLC for controlling small or modular machines. Thanks to its robust housing and high degree of protection, the TBEN-PLC can operate directly in the field and thus enables the implementation of machine and plant controls without the need for a control cabinet. Machine automation concepts and the use of pre-assembled cables reduce the cabling effort and simplify commissioning. Decentralized solutions without the use of control cabinets also save time and costs.
The large number of communication interfaces underlines the tremendous flexibility of the new TBEN-PLC: When used as a master, the device also supports Modbus RTU, CANopen and SAE J1939 in addition to the industrial Ethernet protocols Profinet, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP. The RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces can also be used as required in Codesys. The block I/O controller also offers eight universal I/O channels for the direct connection of sensors and actuators.
TBEN-PLC can also be run as a slave (respectively device) in the Ethernet networks Profinet, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, as well as in Modbus RTU and CANopen networks, which enables it to be used as a protocol converter. For example, the controller can operate as the CANopen manager of a machine module networked with
CANopen and connect this module to a system running with Profinet. As part of the increasing digitization of industry, this enables existing machine concepts to be made fit for the challenges of closely networked, highly flexible production.
When combined with Turck's safety block I/O module and other Turck I/O technology with IP67 protection, comprehensive machine controls including safety technology can be implemented without the need for control cabinet.

Synchrofeed – a new level of perfection In the area of robotics, DAIHEN VARSTROJ offers many different solutions in combination with the latest FD generation of robots with which Daihen Corporation is a leading manufacturer of robots for arc welding. We are a »single source« provider, from robot manipulators, peripheral units, welding equipment and sensors.
Our newly developed Synchrofeed welding robot package, offers a new level of perfection.
A gas metal arc welding process that changes the wire feed direction according to the arc phenomena has been proposed and applied to a field of the ultra-sheet plate joining on MAG welding process, due to the ultra-low spatter generation and the low heat input into the base metal in a current range of the short-circuit transfer mode. When such the welding process can realize the stable metal transfer in a current range of the globular transfer mode under the carbon dioxide shielding gas supplying, it can contribute the improvement of the further productivity.
Under the circumstances, the authors have developed the Buffer Position Control which controls the interference reduction of the wire feed direction between the push feeder and the pull feeder and can compensate the constant mean wire feed rate, and the Pulsed Dip Transfer Process which forms the pulsatile output of the welding current during arc duration to stabilize the metal transfer by the constant voltage characteristic and improve the heat input to the base metal.

M-BOSS Compact M-BOSS Compact is a quiet easy-to-use metal plate embossing printer with a small production footprint. It is simple to install and operate and only needs a standard electrical supply and a PC. Texts are created with the Software TagPrint Pro 3.0. Simply open the easy to use program to create print lists. Improved cooling system now ensures a continuous operation between 8-10 hours.
Marker plates are attached to pipes and cables using 4.6 mm width MBT cable ties and a MK9SST hand tool. The M-BOSS Markers are made of stainless steel and ensure a good text visibility even when covered in dust, debris, grease and oil. The stainless steel markers have an operating temperature between -80°C to -538 °C.

M-BOSS Compact je reliefni tiskalnik za kovinske ploščice za manjše serije odtisa. Je zelo tih in enostaven za uporabo in namestitev: potrebujete samo standardni električni priključek in računalnik. Izboljšan hladilni sistem sedaj zagotavlja nemoteno delovanje med 8-10 ur.
Označbe se z MTB vezicami 4.6 mm širine in s pomočjo MK9SST ročnega orodja pritrdi na cevi in kable. M-BOSS označbe so narejene iz nerjavečega jekla in zagotavljajo dobro vidljivost teksta tudi v primeru prahu, umazanije, maščob in olj. AX elektronika na sejmu IFAM 2017
AX elektronika bo na sejmu IFAM2017 imela izredno popularno Delavnico spajkanja vezij. Podobno delavnico smo predstavili na drugih sejmih z izjemnim uspehom.
Na sejmu bomo tudi pokazali nove izdelke v naši ponudbi. BBC micro:bit – izjemno zanimivo in popularno vezje, s katerim boste svojim nadebudnežem odprli vrata v svet programiranja.
V reviji Svet elektronike teče serija člankov, ki bralce spozna z BBC micro:bit in načinom programiranja. Programiranje je tako enostavno, da ga lahko dela vsak učenec od 5. razreda osnovne šole naprej.
