Yard and Warehouse Inventory Control, maintenance and conducting cycle counts utilizing available staff Forwarding quotes for approval to management based on approval levels Follow up on material ETA with suppliers and freight forwarders. Major Accomplishments: Contributed in achieving Noble Dubai Operation’s compliance to ISO 14001 standards. Prepared a material tracking, storage and logging system for Noble Dubai yard utilizing MS Excel for better

control of yard storage in conjunction with existing SAP system Conducted various periodic inventory count campaigns at Noble Dubai Yard and on the Rig to ensure

maintained it for management review and planning.

Sep’01-Dec‘02 Materials Supervisor Schlumberger Drilling Services (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement of spares/consumables/equipment /services for Schlumberger Offshore Rig Trident 3 from local and overseas vendors. Warehouse, Yard Inventory control and management.

Obtaining quotes and issuance of purchase orders once approvals are granted by management. Follow up on ETAs and taking actions to expedite material delivery. Inventory Control of Warehouse and Yard. Supervising Cycle counts onboard the Rig and Dubai yard. Supplier performance tracking. Deployment of yard personnel on various duties to achieve results. Arrangement of logistical means for goods movements. Assisting accounts department in supplier invoice processing to ensure timely payments. Tracking shipments and improving deliveries by keeping close contact with Company’s freight forwarder.Major Accomplishments: Active involvement in Safety Audits and Injury Prevention campaigns Carried out periodic stock count campaigns in Dubai yard, storage facility at Dubai Petroleum and on the
