InfoGym is a digital fitness guidance service that contributes to an increase in employeeeffectiveness and safe workouts for the users.

There are numerous applications today for mobiledevices that provide you with a fitness solution. These solutions focus on cardio, diet, and statisticsbut they are not very targeted towards the average user.

Workout Guidance

The InfoGym terminal contains detailed 3D animations that show users how to perform the exercises correctly.

The system contains several hundred exercises within the strength, endurance, movement, balance and coordination categories; as well as functional training such as slings.

The exercises make use of body weight, free weights and equipment.free weights and equipment.

The variation of exercises can be handledeasily by our remote controlled net-basedcontrol center.

The terminal can be placed freely, standingfirmly on a foot. There is also a model thatcan be wall mounted.

It is important for a good workoutroutine to be able to give an overview as well as workout progress.

InfoGym makes it easy to make changes to aworkout routine, either by allowing the user or the user’s personal trainer.to do it. By logging into InfoGym, the user is able to By logging into InfoGym, the user is able to create, edit or delete his/her routine. The user’s personal trainer can also control and make changes, if necessary, to the user’s routine in dialog with the respective user.

Alex is our training guru. Put together by one of the guys in the team behind the creationof “Avatar” the movie. Alex is anatomically correct. Alex shows which muscle group is inuse for each exercise, and when the biggest strain on the muscles occurs.
