    Within this frame, the European Network of ELTRA.YESS Services plays a substantial rolein the successful implementation of nat ional portals since existing or newly createdmobility centres act as help desk fbr the national portal and carry out the tailored andcustomised assistance to incoming and outgoing researchers.

    As from June 2008 one unique slogan and logo will overarch se veral European initiatives forresearchers, amongst which both ERA-MORE and the European Researchei's Mobility portal.EUL4XESS Jobs will thus indicate the European Researcher's Mobility portaj andcor.nplernenting national ones.

    - AII the signatories to this Commitrnent are committed to guarantee the maintenance of theirnational EURAXESS Jobs Portal (hereinafter referred to as " EJp,,) in terms of qualiry andreliability of the information provided;

    - They are committed to guarante e compliance and harmonisation with the European EJpby using all the tools developed to fuilher enhance interoperability with this latter (e.g. RSSfile, common home -page layout etc.), and by adopting colrmon cornmunication undawareness instruments set up by the European Commission;

    - They are also cotntnitted to regularly exchange information with the European EJp (inparticular,.job adverlisetnents) thus guaranteeing constant flow of information, to and from ii;- In particular, signatories are committed to display clearly both the national and the EuropeanEJP on their institution's web -site, and to ask members of the national EURAXESS SeryicesNetwork to do the same;

    - They are also committed, whether applicable, to export or publish their institution's jobvacancies on the European EJP by receiving back a RSS file to display them on their localweb-site and national EJ Portals.

    The signatories will work together to achieve the following goals:

    - To provide action and infornt about the largest possible number of fellowships and grantsfrom public and private organisations at national, regional and local level to be aicessibJe, ina commonly agreed format, on the national RMP and the information provider's portal orweb-site, as well as the European EJP's one;

    AGREEMENT

    Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of NiS, herewith confirms its willingness tocollaborate in the project

    International Master and Postgraduate Programme in Materials Science and Catalysis

    within the framework of the DAAD Programme "Academic Reconstruction of South EasternEurope". The project is submitted for funding by the Universitiit Leipzig and will becoordinated by Prof. Dr. Evamarie Hey-Hawkins, Universitat Leipzig.

    The contact person for our institution is:

    Prof. Dr" Blaga Radovanovii, University of NiS, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics,Department of Chemistry, ViSegradska 33, Ni5, Serbia

    She is authorised to represent the institution in this project.

    The Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, together with the other paftners, will actively takepart in the programme enforcing the established network. The project will be co-ordinated bythe German institution.The main objective of the project is the internationalisation of the master and doctorate studyby a joined study and training programme between the above mentioned institutions. Inaddition, the exchange of guest professors and scientists as well as of master and doctoratestudents will be supported.Within the framework of the project the master and postgraduate study will focus on thefollowing scientific areas:' materials science* modern synthesis and spectroscopic methods in homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis- modern theoretical methods (quantum chemistry, molecular modelling and molecular

    dynamics).

    The study programme will be provided by the scientific staff of the participating sites,whereby the major number of the students participating in the master and doctoral trainingshould be from the South Eastern European paftner institutions. For the practical training ofSouth Eastern European students in a specific topic of modern synthesis, spectroscopicmethods and surface analysis the infrastructure provided at the Romanian and Germanpartners will be used.A scientific intensive training course for master and doctoral students will be organisedaccording to the mentioned joint research areas coupled with a strong scientific background,whereby experienced researchers with expertise in the scientific field of interest will beinvolved. The intensive training course will take place in one of the partner institutions.The infrastructural conditions provided by each paftner will be used for the implementation ofthe project.
