IFS: un mondo economico virtuale

IFS: an economic virtual world

IFS E’…IFS IS …

� Impresa Formativa Simulata. Il portale (www.ifsnetwork.it) consente l’accessoa tre diversi ambienti:

- l’area informativa; - l’area operatori;- l’area news.

� Essa è una società virtuale gestita dai discenti che hanno il ruolo di soci e dagli amministratori che sono impegnati in una rete commerciale con la consulenza di una società reale locale.

� Essa simula, rispettando le normative vigenti, il modello di una società per ogni fase del ciclo di vita aziendale: dal business idea al business plan, dalla registrazione presso la Camera di Commercio alle transazioni commerciali.

� EnterpriseTraining Simulation. The portal (www.ifsnetwork.it) provides accessto three different environments:

- the information area;- the operators area;- the news area.

� It is a virtual company run by learners who have the roles of partners, directors and employees and are engaged in market network, e-commerce, with the mentoring of a real local company.

� It simulates, according to the actual laws and regulations, the model of a company for each phase of its business lifecycle: from business idea to business plan, from the registration at the Chamber of Commerce to the commercial transactions.

� L’impresa simulata utilizza la metodologia di “imparare facendo” e consente ai discenti di avere una visione globale di una società (in particolare piccola e media impresa).

� Si realizza in tal modo un’immediata relazione tra le conoscenze teoriche e le applicazioni pratiche.

� L’ “impresa simulata” è una forma di didattica attiva che facilita la motivazione e l’efficaciadell’apprendimento.

� The Enterprise Training Simulation uses the method “learning by doing” and enables learners to have an overall vision of a firm (in particular small and medium enterprise).

� It allows an immediate connection between theoretical knowledge and practice.

� It is a form of active learning that encourages the learners in terms of motivation and effectiveness learning.

� promuove il dialogo con il territorio locale

� sviluppa una stretta collaborazione tra istituzioni scolastiche e realtà operative del territorio

� promuove l’impresa formativa simulata come modalità didattica per acquisire conoscenze, abilità e competenze, partendo da situazioni reali

� consente agli allievi di operare nella scuola come se fossero in azienda

� promuove l’utilizzo di metodologie didattiche innovative (learning by doing, cooperative learning, …).

OBIETTIVI AIMS

It is a teaching strategy aiming at

� making learning more attractive:

� facilitating learners’ counselling, attitudes, interests and learning strategies;

� renewing teaching and learning methodologies (theory and practice).

� it encourages the development a learning closely related to the complexity of the social economic system;

� it ensures an equal involvement of all learners enhancing the skills of everyone;

� it represents a working environment in which learners can use their competences and skills.

� concorda col docente tutor la predisposizione del lavoro nel laboratorio di simulazione

� stimola la conoscenza dell'organizzazione aziendale e dei suoi processi produttivi

� controlla lo svolgimento del programma

� definisce insieme al tutor scolastico il tirocinio aziendale e poi ne definisce gli esiti

� favorisce l’inserimento dell’allievo nel contesto aziendale

MERCATO Il Mercato crea le imprese ombra, lecategorie merceologiche e le modalità di pagamento ed interviene nelle transazioni, acquistando e vendendo prodotti e servizi secondo le esigenze delle IFS.

AMMINISTRATORE L’amministratore sovrintende albuon funzionamento dell’infrastruttura e dei servizi telematici.

STATEThe State, through its offices, receives and controls all documents about the establishment, the management and the close-down of the IFS company.

MARKET The market creates shadow companies, commodities, terms of payment andmanages the transactions, buying and selling goods and services according to the IFS companies’ requirements.

MANAGERThe manager supervises overthe proper functioning of the enterpriseand telematic services.

Il percorso formativo consiste in

diverse linee di BUS (Basic Unit

Skill) cioè la formazione di abilità

che saranno trasformate in pratica.

SENSIBILIZZAZIONE E ORIENTAMENTOAWARENESS AND ORIENTEERING

Il BUS 1 è finalizzato alla sensibilizzazione

ed orientamento nello scenario della

cittadinanza attiva. E’ fondamentale per lo

sviluppo del discente esplorare il proprio

territorio per analizzarne le risorse e

rapportarsi ad esso nel secondo le proprie

attitudini.

The 1st BUS aims at raising

awareness and orientation in the

scenario of active citizenship.

It is vital for the development of

the leaner to explore his territory

to analyze its resources and act in

relation to his attitudes.

CULTURA D’IMPRESABUSINESS CULTURE

Il BUS 2 ha il compito di dare una

visione sistemica della società civile

attraverso la cultura d’impresa in

modo tale da sviluppare il modo di

interagire con l’ambiente circostante

nel rispetto dei valori fondamentali.

The 2nd BUS has the task to educate

the learner at a systemic vision of civil

society through business culture so

as to develop the ways to interact

with the environment in respect of

fundamental values.

L’IDEA IMPRENDITORIALEBUSINESS IDEA

Il BUS 3 mette il discente “in situazione”

consentendogli di sviluppare gli

apprendimenti teorici precedentemente

acquisiti, concretizzando la propria

creatività scegliendo un’impresa di

riferimento sul territorio.

The 3rd BUS puts the learner "in

situation" allowing him to develop the

theoretical learning acquired

previously, demonstrating his

creativity by choosing a business in

the area where he lives.

BUSINESS PLANBUSINESS PLAN

ll BUS 4 consente al discente di

diversificare ed approfondire la

conoscenza del sistema

economico territoriale nell’interazione con

i soggetti attivi e nella produzione di

documentazione generale e specifica.

The 4th BUS enables the learner to

diversify and deepen the knowledge

of the economic system of his

territory interacting with local

actors and the production of general

and specific documentation.

ATTUAZIONE DELL’IMPRESA FORMATIVAIMPLEMENTING IFS

Il BUS 5 rappresenta la costituzione e

l’avvio dell’impresa simulata nel rispetto

della normativa vigente e con il supporto

delle centrali di simulazione nazionali e

regionali (SIMUCENTER).

The 5th BUS implies the business

establishment and start-up of the

enterprise in accordance with local

regulations and the support of

national and regional simulation

centers (SIMUCENTER).

GESTIONE DELL’IFSIFS MANAGEMENT

Il BUS 6 si riferisce alla gestione

operativa dell’impresa simulata e

supporta le attività di e-commerce e

gli adempimenti fiscali nell’interazione

con le altre imprese formative della

rete nazionale e internazionale.

The 6th BUS refers to the management

of the business and supports the activities

of e-commerce and tax obligations in the

interaction with other training companies

of national and international network.

Continuerà cioè ad operare transazioni commerciali e finanziarie con le altre IFS italiane, direttamente tramite il portale IFS.

InternazionaleTramite il sito internazionale si effettueranno le transazioni commerciali (via e-mail), mentre le transazioni finanziarie saranno regolate tramite il portale IFS via bonifico bancario internazionale.
