6.1 PERINDUSTRIAN

Sektor industri adalah merupakan sektor utama

dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Bandung Barat.

Sektor ini merupakan penyumbang terbesar dalam

pembentukan PDRB Kabupaten Bandung Barat yaitu

sebesar 41,76 persen.

Tabel 6.1 menyajikan banyaknya industri

pengolahan yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu

industri besar dan industri sedang. Jumlah industri di

tahun 2012 mengalami penurunan 3,75 persen.

Penurunan ini dikarenakan adanya perusahaan yang

tutup karena defisit perusahaan. Hal ini berdampak

pada kenaikan jumlah tenaga kerja 3,58 persen.

Perusahaan industri terbanyak ada di 4 kecamatan yaitu

: Padalarang sebesar 44 persen di ikuti Batujajar 19

persen, Ngamprah 16 persen dan Lembang 10 persen.

Industri yang mendominasi di Kabupaten Bandung

Barat adalah industri tekstil (36 perusahaan), industri

pakaian jadi (24 perusahaan), industri logam

(25 perusahaan), industri karet dan barang dari karet

(18 perusahaan) dan industri kimia dan barang-barang

dari bahan kimia (9 perusahaan) .

6.2 LISTRIK DAN AIR MINUM

Kebutuhan akan energi listrik dewasa ini semakin

meningkat karena semakin berkembangnya

pembangunan sektor industri pengolahan beaberapa

tahun terakhir.

Sebagian besar kebutuhan listrik baik industri

maupun untuk rumah tangga di Kabupaten Bandung

Barat dilayani oleh Perusahaan Umum Listrik Negara

(PLN).

6.1 Manufacturing Industries

Manufacturing sector is leading economics sector

in Bandung Barat Regency. This sector has become the

main contributor to Gross Regional Domestic Product

(GRDP) reached 41,76 percent.

Tabel 6.1 shows the number of large and medium

manufactures which is devided two group, large and

medium manufacture. The number of medium

manufacture in 2012 has decreased 3.75 percen. The

decreasing is caused by some of manufacture had

closed. Most of manufacture industry located in 4

district : Padalarang 44 percent, Batujajar 20 percent,

Ngamprah 16 percen and Lembang 7 percen.

Kind of industry which is dominate in Bandung

Barat Regency are textile manufactures (36), clothing

manufactures (24), metal manufactures (25) rubber

manufactures (18) and chemical manufactures (9)

6.2 ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPLLY

In the last year, needs of electricity increased

sharply since development of manufacturing industry

sector incresed progressively.

In Bandung Barat Regency, the state-owned

electricity Company (PLN) supplies most of electricity

demand either for manufacturing establishment of for

household.

Pendapatan penjualan listrik PLN selama 2012

mencapai Rp. 762.869.620.471,-

Kebutuhan air bersih tahun semakin dirasakan oleh

masyarakat perkotaan. Hal ini merupakan dampak dari

tingginya kepadatan penuduk di daerah perkotaan yang

diikuti dengan langkanya sumber air bersih.

Produksi air minum atau air bersih tahun 2012

sebesar 3.381.110 m3 dan jumlah air yang terjual

sebesar 2.390.191 m3

Revenue of electricity Sales of PLN in 2012

reached Rp. 762.869.620.471.

Necesity of water supply increased in every year,

it caused by increasing of population every years

especially in urban society but in otherhand lacks of

water sources.

Production of water suppy in 2012 reached

3.381.110 m³ and sold production 2.390.191 m³.
