Information to add a new item to a serial. / Información para agregar nuevo artículo a un título seriado.

Click on the Volume ID Number to open the Metadata for the Entire Volume. /

Haz click en el Número del Volumen para abrir los metadatos para el volumen completo.

Click Add New Volume. /

Haz click en el boton de “Add a New Volume”.

Click Save and the system will generate a new bibliographic ID for the volume with the next number.

Haz click en “Save” y el systema generá un nuevo id bibliografico para el volumen con el siguiente

número.

Once the New Item is Created, Click on Edit Metadata. /

Una vez creada, haz click en “Edit Metadata”.

The Metadata Screen will open. Click on Record Information. /

La pantalla de metadatos abre. Haz click en “Record Information”.

Click on the blue information in the Serial Hierarchy tab. A pop up box will appear.

Haz click en la información azul en la sección el “Serial Hierarchy”. Nueva pantalla aparece.

Edit the Hierarchy information. Follow the same conventions as in the original record. Close the dialog

box and be sure to click save. /

Editar la información jerarquía. Sigue las convenciones del volumen original. Cierre la pantalla y haz

click en “Save”
