Downhill to czyste szaleństwo. Zjazd z góry
na rowerze z zawrotną prędkością, po skałach,
błocie, uskokach i wystających korzeniach,
aż do doskonałości.
proponujemy studia Franklin University MBA
w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej we Wrocławiu.

Downhil l to ekstremalna
jazda na rowerze, głównie z góry, po
korzeniach, kamieniach i skałach.
Jeździmy na w pełni a mortyzowanych
rowerach, przeważnie z 20 cm skoku. Są to
duże maszyny, na których niekoniecznie
da się podjechać pod górę. Zazwyczaj
jeździmy w bike parkach, gdzie są wyciąginarciarskie.
Nie mam ambicji sportowych. Cieszy mnie
każdy szybciej lub płynniej przejechany
odcinek.
rower. Zdecydowanie szybciej i częściej
mogę odwiedzać Ślężę lub Srebrną Górę
niż okoliczne bike parki w Koutach,
Czarnej Górze czy Szpinderowym Młynie.
Sport nauczył mnie wielu rzeczy. Głównie
współzawodnictwa, radzenia sobie ze
stresem, ciężkiej pracy i uporu. Nie wierzę
w talent, tylko w wysiłek, który trzeba
poświęcić, aby coś osiągnąć. Uczucie
„flow”, kiedy to nagle wszystko zaczyna
wychodzić i staje się banalnie proste, jest
wręcz bezcenne. Dlatego też w biznesie
kieruję się podobną zasadą: staraj się
i próbuj coś osiągnąć tak długo, aż zacznie
wychodzić.

Przyszedłem do WSB po wiedzę. Jestem
ambitny i chcę się rozwijać, a MBA poszerza
horyzonty. Jeśli chcę zajmować wyższe
stanowiska w przyszłości i być skutecznymliderem, muszę posiadać niezbędną wiedzę.
Zarządzanie to 3 poziomy: taktyczny,
operacyjny i strategiczny. Obecnie
rozpoczynam zadania strategiczne w pracy
zawodowej, chcę też zdobyć umiejętności
z zakresu motywowania zespołu. Moduły
strategii, otoczenia biznesowego czy
zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi są w tym
niezwykle pomocne. Istotnym jest kierowanie
się zasadą work-life balance, aby efektywniewykorzystać czas, jaki chcemy poświęcić na

Do gotowania bezglutenowego zmusiły mnie problemyzdrowotne córki.
bezglutenową, droższą i dużo trudniejszą niż „zwykła”,
czyli pszeniczna.
To oznaczało przekształcenie większości nawykówżywieniowych, przemeblowanie głowy, no i kuchni.
i pieczenia. Oczywiście pojawiły się frustracja i złość.
Nic nie wychodziło, nikomu nie smakowało. Pierwsze
A potem
była już radość z sukcesów – odkrywanie nowych
smaków i sposobów przygotowywania jedzenia.
W moim
przypadku najlepiej sprawdza się powiedzenie pract ise
makes perfect . Na życie biznesowe przenoszę też
nastawienie, że w życiu spotykają nas nie problemy, alemożliwości (not problems, but opportunit ies).

Od kiedy pamiętam, zawsze dokądś biegłem.Od samego początku! Często powtarzam cytatz filmu „Forrest Gump” – „wszędzie, gdzie idę, to
Teraz
wszyscy biegają dla zdrowia. Ja biegam prawie
codziennie. Wtedy mam czas, żeby pomyśleć, a pozatym jest to też mój sposób na zwiedzanie.
Przez 12 lat byłem członkiem polskiej reprezentacji
olimpijskiej w konkurencji 400 metrów przez płotki.
Moimi największymi sukcesami było 4 miejsce
na Mistrzostwach Świata Juniorów oraz 5 na
Młodzieżowych Mistrzostwach Europy w 1999 roku.
Pięciokrotnie byłem Mistrzem Polski i kilkuk rotnie
wicemistrzem. W USA zdobyłem dwa tytuły
Mistrza MAC (Middle American Conference). Dzięki
wynikom otrzymał em stypendium w Kent State
University i tam ukończyłem studia.
W 2015 roku przebiegłem po raz pierwszy w życiu
maraton i było to niesamowite uczucie. Bolało – i to
startu.
Dużo podróżuję służbowo, a buty do biegania
zawsze są najważniejszą częścią mojej garderoby.
Bieganie nauczyło mnie w życiu i w biznesie
