EVALUACIÓN ESTRUCTURAL DE TORRE VENTADA LJ – 7873. EBC REPETIDOR CONCENTRADORA

GENERALIDADES El objetivo del informe es mostrar los resultados del cálculo estructural de una torre ventada de 48 m de altura de sección triangular del Site EBC REPETIDOR CONCENTRADOR La torre existente es una estructura metálica de celosía de 48 m de altura, de sección triangular cuya dimensión es de 0.40 m por lado. Se analizará la estructura y cimentación tomando en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones: • Estructura con cargas existentes.

• Estructura con cargas existentes y cargas futuras.

• Norma utilizada para la verificación de la torre EIA TIA 222F, AISC.

• Norma para la verificación de la cimentación RNE E.050 y E.060.

• Velocidad de Viento 90Km/h

• Acero ASTM A 36, Esfuerzo de admisible 2530kg/cm2.

• Acero ASTM A 572, Esfuerzo de admisible 3500kg/cm2.

El cálculo estructural de la torre metálica, se basará fundamentalmente para fuerzas producidas por acción del viento que es la condición más desfavorable en torres para telecomunicaciones. Las expresiones usadas para determinar la presión del viento tanto en la estructura metálica como en las escalerillas y en las antenas son las de las normas TIA/EIA, las cuales a continuación se detallan. Nomenclatura usada para el cálculo de cargas: AE = Área proyectada efectiva de componentes estructurales en una cara.

AA= Área proyectada de un accesorio linear.

AF= Área proyectada de componentes estructurales planos en una cara.

AG= Área transversal de una cara de la torre como si fuera sólida.

AR= Área proyectada de componentes estructurales redondos en una cara.

CA= Coeficiente de fuerza para accesorios lineares o discretos.

CF= Coeficiente de fuerza de la estructura.

GH= Factor de ráfaga.

KZ= Coeficiente de exposición.

V = Velocidad básica de diseño.

e = Radio sólido.

h = Altura total de la estructura.

qZ = Presión de la velocidad del viento.

z = Altura medida desde la base de la torre al punto medio de la sección ó

accesorio.

Hs = Fuerza lateral actuando perpendicular al eje de la antena. M = Momento de giro en el plano que actúan HA y HS. A = área exterior de antena parabólica. D= Diámetro exterior de antena parabólica.

CA, Cs y CM son coeficientes contenidos en tablas B1 a B6 en anexo B de las normas EIA TIA 222F. Para la verificación de los elementos de la torre, usaremos en el Código Americano de Telecomunicaciones EIA TIA 222F, en el que en su capítulo 3, numeral 3.1.14.1 acepta la utilización de los esfuerzos permisibles según lo normado por el Americán Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). En tal caso no será necesario aplicar coeficientes de seguridad a las cargas actuantes, ya que las fórmulas de los esfuerzos admisibles establecidos en el AISC, ya tienen factores de seguridad que reducen su valor y que están en función de la esbeltez de sus miembros. Las fórmulas empleadas se encuentran en los numerales 1.5.1.3.1 y 1.5.1.3.2. del manual AISC, siendo estas las siguientes: Para elementos en compresión: Fa = [(1 ‐ (Kl/r)2/ 2C´ 2) Q x F] / [5/3 + 3(Kl/r)/ 8C´c + (Kl/r)3/ 8C´3]

C´c = [(2π2E)1/2 / (QsxFy)1/2] Cuando kl/r excede a C´c: Fa = [12 π²E / 23(k*l/r)2] El esfuerzo admisible a flexión para una sección compacta según AISC es: Fadm = 0.66Fy. El esfuerzo cortante según AISC es: Fv = 0.4Fy. Las normas TIA EIA222F en su numeral 3.1.1.1 establecen que para estructuras de altura menores a 213m como en el presente caso, los esfuerzos permisibles obtenidos según el AISC pueden ser incrementados en 1/3, lo que se tendrá en cuenta al diseñar los elementos. En cuanto a la relación de esbeltez para miembros en compresión, en el numeral 3.1.12 considera como máximo kl/r < 150 para las montantes, kl/r < 200 para los elementos de arriostre y Kl/r < 250 para los elementos redundantes o miembros en compresión que no hayan sido calculados. Para este tipo de estructuras se asume K = 1.0 DESCRIPCION DE LA TORRE La torre existente es una estructura metálica compuesta Tubos de 1½” x 4.7mm, perfiles estructurales de sección angular, barra de acero de ½” y 21

tensores los mismos que son cables de 5/16”. La torre tiene sección triangular y es ventada. La estructura tiene una altura de 48.00 m.

ANALISIS ESTRUCTURAL CON CARGAS EXISTENTES Y FUTURAS: CONSIDERACIONES PARA EL CÁLCULO

Para el cálculo se ha considerado un análisis tridimensional de la estructura, el análisis contempla las cargas que producen las antenas actualmente instaladas, que consta de:

CONCLUSIONES En el análisis realizado a la antena con cargas actuantes y futuras se pudo apreciar que presenta fallas en un tramo de 18 mts de altura, por lo que se propone un reforzamiento en las tres montantes con ángulos de 21/2” x 21/2”x5/16 y en este mismo tramo reforzar las diagonales con ángulos de 1”x1”x1/4”, todos estos ángulos estarán soldados a los tubos existentes. Con este refuerzo a la antena esta estará en capacidad de resistir las cargas propuestas.
