You are very angry because there is more and more rubbish
everywhere. Many people dont seem to pay any attention to rubbish
bins. You like the place where you live but you hate it when people
throw beer or coke cans, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and
especially dogs excrement on the pavement. You have finally decided
to write a letter to the local newspaper.
