The styles 1389, 1390 and 2140 also stand out with their highly flexible temples made in Italy and the filigree patterns, which sometimes start right at the front. Graphic or floral – the different designs leave room for a personal interpretation by the wearer.

METROPOLITAN THEMA: NEUES SCHARNIERKONZEPTInspiriert von der Architektur des Filmklassikers Metropolis, seinen futuristisch anmutenden Häuser-schluchten und Skyscrapern, entstand 2010 das Logo für Metropolitan. Für die Kollektion 2014 haben wir die charakteristischen fünf Balken neu interpretiert. Das Ergebnis: Ein Scharnier aus neun ineinander greifenden Metallstäben, das durch seine puristische Linienführung und die matten Metallfarben überzeugt. Kombiniert mit kühlem Edelstahl und schlankem Kunststoff sind so wieder sechs neue Modelle für urbane Trendsetter entstanden.

NEW HINGE CONCEPT Inspired by the architecture of the film classic Metropolis, with its futuristic apartment blocks and sky scrapers, the Metropolitan logo was created in 2010. For the 2014 collection the characteristic five beams were given a new twist. The result: A hinge composed of nine intertwined metal rods with a puristic design and metallic colors. Combined with cool stainless steel and slim synthetic material, six new models have been designed for urban trend-setters.

NOUVEAU CONCEPT DE CHARNIÈRE Inspiré de l‘architecture du grand film classique Metropolis, ses rangées d‘habitations et ses gratte-ciels futuristes, le logo Metropolitan a été créé en 2010. Pour la collection 2014, les cinq barres caractéristiques ont été réinterprétées. Le résultat: une charnière avec neuf tiges de métal imbriquées et se distinguant par sa ligne pure et ses couleurs mates métallisées. Six nouveaux modèles urbains tendance avec de l‘acier inoxydable frais et de l’acétate fin ont ainsi été conçus.

SOYEZ SMART: NOUVEAUX MODÈLES POUR HOMMES AVEC BRANCHES EN ALUEn avril, deux nouveaux modèles pour hommes avec branches en aluminium et au look sportif feront leur apparition dans la collection Mexx Eyes. Les fines branches en aluminium séduisent par leurs motifs gravés, référence immanquable aux voitures intérieur cuir pour l‘observateur aguerri. Les nouvelles montures sont disponibles avec une face en acier ou en acétate.

BE SMART: NEUE ALUBÜGEL-MODELLE FÜR HERRENSeit April sind zwei neue Herrenmodelle mit sportlichen Alubügeln in der Mexx Eyes Kollektion erhältlich. Die schmalen Bügel aus Aluminium bestechen durch ihre Prägungen, die den Betrachter an exklusive Automobil-Lederausstattungen erinnern. Das neue Bügeldesign ist wahlweise mit einer Edelstahl- und einer Kunststofffront erhältlich.
