PROPERTIES

• Unique front-loading product seal positioning gives

faster maintenance , easier cleaning, and less downtime.

• Superior seal cleanliness lengthens seal life and minimizes

seal flaking (product contaminations) and the forward-seal

position places the seals in direct contact with CIP fluids.

• By removing only the front cover, both rotors and product

seals can be fully accessed from the front of the pump

without disconnection the process line.

• Two kinds of gear boxes with three kinds of rotor housings.

• Heating/Cooling jackets easy to fit on the front cover and/or

rotor casing.

• Horizontal ports which can be fitted vertical simply.

• A single seal which can be modified to a double type with a

minimum of additional parts.

• DIN 11851, SMS, Clamp and Flange connection options.

• Handling liquids up to 1,000,000 centipoise , capacity range

up to 26m³/h and head up to 20 Bar.
