Project Description: VW Water pump - Assembly Plant

Objective Relocate the VW assembly plant from Gud Holdings Pty Ltd (Cape Town plant to Durban plant), the equipment include sealant dispensing Fanuc robot, curing oven, assembly tables, cnc machines and racking for component storage. Making sure that the machines and equipments are safe, health and safety of employees/contractors is maintained throughout the relocation process. Ensure the project to be uneventful and completed on schedule and on budget. Costing: (CapEx + budget)
