Peresmian JGM dihadiri oleh Managing Director GBC Lim Seng Bin, General Manager Corporate Marketing Handoyo Lim, dan Sugiana dari Klub Jantung Sehat (KJS) Kabupaten Bekasi serta beberapa perwakilan tenant-tenant dari kawasan industri.

Dalam sambutannya Handoyo mengatakan, kehadiran JGM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pokok masyarakat di Kota Jababeka. “JGM hadir sebagai fasilitas infrastruktur yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para penghuninya,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Lim Seng Bin mengungkapkan, JGM adalah fasilitas yang memang dibutuhkan warga, mengingat sudah banyak masyarakat yang tinggal di Kota Jababeka.

Terkait pemilihan lokasi JGM, Lim menjelaskan, dilokasi ini belum ada pasar modern, jadi pihaknya memberikan fasilitas di wilayah ini.

Kali ini, perusahaan yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Jababeka Residence ini memasarkan dua produk sekaligus, yaitu ruko Hollywood Boulevard dan Small Office Home Office (SOHO) CORTES.

General Manager Corporate Marketing Jababeka Residence, Handoyo Lim mengatakan, “Optimisme memasarkan dua produk sekaligus bukan berasal dari saya tapi dari pangsa pasar”.
