Ajman TV—Professional consultancy, redesign and reconfiguration of a major

FM antenna

Raytheon Systems Limited—Design, Supply and Installation of radar tower

structures for primary and secondary surveillance radar systems throughout the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The works also included the installation of associated

radome structures and equipment rooms

Abu Dhabi Media—Design and installation of 187m guyed AM broadcast

structure including antennas, feeder cables and transmitter and foundation

works

Indra Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems—Design, supply and installa-

tion of Ground Movement Radar Towers complete with radome and elevated

equipment shelters

Our Senior Team

Jaggard operate worldwide, responding to our clients’ exacting requirements as a

trusted, flexible and innovative business partner, providing technical and special-

ist professional services to the broadcast, aviation, telecommunications and de-

fence industries. We undertake the supply of individual components through to

complete contained systems and are able to offer fully trained and experienced

Managers, Engineers, Technicians and Crew to implement ‘A’ grade installations.

ROBERT JAGGARD, Managing Director

Robert, a Civil Engineer, has over 30 years of extensive experience within the

Broadcast and Telecommunications industry. Robert came to the United Arab

Emirates in 1984 and from a small projects office went on to develop business

throughout the region. His project and managerial skills have encompassed the

construction of 300m+ structures, military radars and radomes, offshore installa-

tions and multi-site cellular operator “rollouts”. Robert’s 30 years in the region

brings to the organisation a huge wealth of knowledge and client understanding.

NEIL SCOTT, General Manager

Neil, also a Civil Engineer, has extensive knowledge of Communications and Engi-

neering focused businesses. His over 20 years of international experience includes

consulting, contracting and professional services covering complex technology,

engineering, industrial communications and security projects. Neil has spent

many years in the Middle East and is focused on ensuring that Jaggard continue to

deliver complete satisfaction, on time and within the customers’ budget.

LAURIE JAGGARD, Operations Manager

Laurie has managed and successfully completed countless projects on behalf of

Jaggard for many years. Specialising in radome installations and tall mast installa-

tions. Laurie has undertaken projects across the Middle East, Europe and the Far

East and is responsible for the successful execution of all our projects and ensuring

that the Client’s aspirations are met.

JOVAN POPIVODA, Engineering Manager

Highly specialised in the field of steel, precast, and post-tensioned concrete struc-

ture design, Jovan is a highly experienced Structural Engineer, has an extensive

experience in delivering large and complex structural and civil engineering pro-

jects. Jovan leads our professional Engineering Team.

CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON, Senior Engineer

Chris as over 25 years experience of structural steelwork design for wireless tele-

coms infrastructure (masts, towers for broadcasting, telephony, radar). This also

includes structural composites (GRP) design (radomes and other RF translucent/

camouflaged structures). His early career focused on heavy structural steel work

design, fabrication and construction (most major bridge forms including cable-

stayed and suspension bridges, large building structures, ships and oil rigs, dock

gates and river barrages).

J.P. RAVI, Products Manager

Ravi, a Mechanical Engineer, has 18 years experience of working in the communi-

cation and broadcasting field in the Middle East region. His extensive experience

spans both civil and structural works and he has worked on numerous projects

covering the design, manufacture and implementation of mobile units, radar and

radome structures, monopoles, towers and guyed masts.
