Co-ordinator & Safety Officer – Workover Rig (July, 2015 – Present):

Co-ordinate with rig crew for carrying out all kinds of workover operations in Mehsana Asset according to well plan.

Devised rig specific casing rope slip, cut and lubrication policy. As a result, achieved longest life in the history of the workover rig, reducing annual casing rope cost by 50%.

Inventory management and planning. Inter-location movement (ILM) planning. Through systematic planning of rig

transportation reduced avg. ILM hours by 20 hours/well, thereby increasing workover index. Achieved highest workover index ever for the stated workover rig.

Continuously initiate and induct new measures/technology to improve operational efficiency and safety. Reduce time loss, optimise material consumption and achieve better cost efficiency. Achieved 500 days of accident-free operations. Carried out maximum safety drills amongst all workover & drilling rigs in Mehsana asset in the year 2015-16.

Inducted BOP & accumulator blind ports, reducing hydraulic oil consumption by 20%. Fabricated hopper for better pill preparation and reduced chemical exposure to rig crew.

Complete compliance to all statutory norms, record safety observations, carry out analysis of various incidents and discuss with the crew to maintain utmost safety standards. Achieved 100% compliance to DGMS and all other external audit observations.

By preparing a protective box for storing BOP control unit hydraulic lines, increased life of lines by 30%.

Technical Cell Officer (July, 2015):

Compilation of field Daily Production Reports (DPRs), analysis and monitoring of DPRs, monthly reports & MIS. Uploading of DPRs into SAP system.

Preparation of time loss, non-productive loss, time balance statements, rig scheduling & rig movement plans.

Preparation and compilation of well completion reports & well cost planning. Ensure compliance to all audit observations. Co-ordinating with Chief Well Services.

Asst. Shift Incharge & Safety Officer - Workover Rig (June, 2013 – July, 2015):

Carrying out workover operations such as installation & repairing of artificial lift, packer setting, well activation, zone transfer, sand control, water control, well stimulation, water injection, well control and managing workover rig operations such as rig building, rig transportation, maintenance, etc.

Held the responsibility of Rig Safety Officer. Achieved accident free operations during complete tenure.

Preparing DPR, Well Completion Report, QHSE documents, etc. Worked on Russian & Romanian rig.

Cairn India Ltd. (June, 2012 – June, 2013): Graduate Trainee in Production Operations

Held the responsibility of an Area Engineer in a processing plant. Implemented e-Permit to Work (e-PTW) system for the 1st time at the plant. Drafted

e-PTW procedures. Day to day monitoring of Oil & Gas gathering station, separators, heat exchangers,

gas compression unit, dehydration unit, dew point control, effluent treatment and other surface operations.

Monitoring of unmanned offshore platform operations and carrying out wellhead operations at the offshore platform.
